Arizona Governor Ducey Signs EO: No Mandatory Vaccines On Campus – But Is There A Catch?

image_pdfimage_print
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey issued an executive order (EO) that protects students from authoritative measures to segregate students who received the COVID-19 vaccine from unvaccinated individuals. Ducey’s EO is in response to a letter from Arizona State University Vice President of Student Services Dr. Joanne Vogel who wrote an email to remind students that the school “expected” that all students attending in-person classes to be vaccinated. She wrote that students who are unvaccinated would be required to wear face masks both indoors and outdoors while on the ASU campus and to take two COVID-19 tests per week.

Ducey’s EO states that a public university or community college may not mandate that students obtain a COVID-19 vaccine, show proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or require testing and mask usage, “unless such a requirement has been mandated by law in the state of Arizona.” This suggests that COVID-19 vaccines may be mandated by the state of Arizona in the future.

On Tuesday, Ducey issued an executive order which protects students from this authoritative measure to segregate the jabbed from the un-jabbed.

“The state of Arizona has routinely sided with individual freedom when it comes to vaccination.”

“Arizona State University communicated a new policy to all students mandating that they be vaccinated prior to returning to campus”

The policy requires that students who are not vaccinated or choose not to share their vaccination status will be subject to invasive restrictions such as daily health checks, twice-weekly testing and mandated mask-wearing”

“This policy has the potential to treat those with religious beliefs about vaccinations differently”

“Both federal and state law allows individuals the option to accept or refuse vaccinations”

“The policy adopted by Arizona State University attempts to usurp the constitutional authority of the executive and the legislature”

“1. A public university or community college may not mandate that students obtain a COVID-19 vaccine, show proof of COVID-19 . vaccination, or place any conditions on attendance or participation in classes or academic activities, including but not limited to mandatory testing and mandatory mask usage, if a person chooses not to obtain a COVID-19 vaccine or disclose that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19 unless such a requirement has been mandated by law in the state of Arizona.

This is concerning. Why is it necessary to include that “unless”? Is mandated vaccination coming to the state of Arizona? Why else would he make that statement?

Excerpts from article about ASU vaccine policy:

On June 14th, The ASU Dean of Students sent a letter to all students regarding their new guidelines, which require students to be vaccinated if they want to be free.

Vice President of Student Services Dr. Joanne Vogel begins the email welcoming students back in fall 2021, but the real purpose of the email was to remind everyone of their “expectation” that all students participating in on-campus learning are vaccinated. “Students are expected to be vaccinated two weeks prior to the first day of classes”.

Not asked. Expected.

— SNIP —

Unvaccinated students or those who do not share their status will be required to:

  • Submit a daily health check
  • Participate in twice-weekly to COVID-19 testing
  • Wear face covers in all indoor and outdoor spaces on ASU campuses

Fully vaccinated students who consent to share their status will not be required to:

  • Submit a daily health check
  • Participate in COVID-19 testing
  • Wear face coverings indoors or outdoors, unless otherwise directed

SERIOUSLY!? Unvaccinated students or those who want to keep their health information private must wear face covers in all indoor and outdoor spaces on ASU campuses, submit a daily health check and get a covid test twice weekly while the vaccinated enjoy their rights and freedoms.

Federal Appeals Court Finds CDC Eviction Moratorium Unlawful

July 27, 2021 MSN 2

A federal appeals court ruled that the CDC exceeded its authority by temporarily halting evictions amid the pandemic. The moratorium is set to expire at the end of July. Landlords argue that the moratorium amounts to unlawful government overreach that costs property owners $13 billion each month.

Vaccines for SARS COV2 are not needed. This is still true today:Here is the CDC document outlining RT- PCR EUA for SARS COV2 – hidden – in the FDA website: https://www.fda.gov/media/134922/download FYI: Info on tests being unreliable – pg 40 Info on pg 42 says there are no viral isolates. Pg 36 – 37 shows the RT-PCR Ct (cycle threshold) tests go up to 40 cycles. I’ve read that any cycle threshold test above 35 will show high false positive results. I’ve also read that the Ct. limit is 28 for vaccinated individuals. That would give a high negative test… Read more »

Not rocket science. It’s because he realizes that he is a governor, and this is merely an EO. If the legislature decides to trump it with an actual law, he recognizes it will supersede his EO.

Just like Ron DeSantis has created several EO’s for Florida on several issues to do with Covid 19 Narrative and stays in effect until Ron DeSantis updates the EO’s not even Biden can interfere with any changes unless Ron DeSantis allows it. I would expect the same thing to happen with Arizona Governor Doug Ducey EO’s. Could also be good news from Dr Sherri Tenpenny who gave a great speech on why people should have a choice to accept the Experimental Gene Therapy Injections once are fully informed however once people know the Truth then majority of people if not… Read more »
