The World Health Organizaation (WHO) Treaty — Things Are Not What They Appear

Peggy Hall
Peggy Hall, who has a masters degree in international law, responded the claims that the Biden administration is set to hand over the sovereignty of the United States over to the United Nations’ World Health Organization (WHO). Peggy said that the US signed the UN Charter that serves as a treaty between member nations in 1947 and that the World Health Organization is the public health arm of the UN. The US is a member of WHO because it has a treaty with the UN. Peggy explained that the proposed changes do not give US sovereignty to WHO, international law governs rules between countries, not sovereignty, and that the WHO is already calling the shots, due to corrupt leadership within the US.

The US corp. may have joined the UN but it did not then, nor has it ever, ceded sovereignty over it, which has been held by the American people since 1791.

Peggy DOES NOT give a link to the treaty she says we’re not supposed to be worried about. Come on Peggy, if we’re not supposed to worry about the treaty, why not give us a link to the treaty itself, so we can decide for ourselves whether we should be worried.

Another source, which also did not give a link to the treaty, said we should be very worried.

Real journalism would have source documents. Why can’t the public see these source documents?

This so-called “Treaty” has less than Zero effect in the US and even Britain. The Constitution would have to be Amended and even then it would have less than Zero Effect because Treaties only affect International Relations, not Domestic Laws. This is just a Scare Story.

We shouldn’t waste too much time getting bogged down in the legal nuances of treaties versus rules between nations. If you have a system in which local citizens obey the edicts of the county health department which takes its orders from the state health authorities which take their orders from the CDC which takes its orders from the WHO (i.e., the UN), then neither the nation nor the individual citizen has any effective sovereignty.

Correct. It is about what WE THE PEOPLE do in the face of these tyrants.

The perception among our leaders is that this treaty would cede power to the WHO over our healthcare. Look at the damage to the U.S. over the perception that the pandemic was real and everyone had to lockdown and businesses were closed for two years. The distance between legality and reality is short.
