Title 42 is a public health order that enables immigration agents to quickly expel illegal immigrants because of concerns the immigrants have COVID-19. Biden planned to lift Title 42 on May 23. A lawsuit was filed by the Attorneys General of Missouri, Louisiana and Arizona resulting in a temporary restraining order blocking Biden from lifting Title 42. Texas-based US District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, a Trump appointee, ruled against the Biden administration as it failed to provide an adequate justification and follow proper procedures. If Title 42 is lifted, 18,000 immigrants will cross the border per day, totaling six million per year. The Supreme Court is now hearing arguments in the case.

Texas won a lawsuit to keep the Trump era ‘remain in Mexico’ policy, but the Biden administration has ignored it and hordes of people have crossed the border. The Attorney general of Texas said that Biden has a tacit agreement with the Mexican cartels to smuggle people and drugs across our border. Drug cartels are making $100 million per week on smuggling people across the border.

Morale among Border Patrol agents is at an “all-time low” as they face massive, unprecedented border numbers as well as a looming end to the Title 42 public health order, which is expected to further fuel the overwhelming surge.

“The agents are upset. I’ve never seen agents so upset as I have under what is currently going on,” Brandon Judd, head of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) told Fox News Digital in an interview.

And now, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said Monday that his office obtained a temporary restraining order blocking the Biden administration from lifting Title 42.

What is ALSO needed are 120,000 U.S. Army troops, heavily armed with S T K orders locking down our borders. Mexico is NOT our friend and definitely NOT a good neighbor, for that matter.

It is painfully obvious that a large percentage of the American leadership is actively working against the best interests of the American people. We must not continue to apologize for them by saying, “Well, they love their nation just as much as we do, but they just have different ideas for how to improve it.” No! They do NOT love this nation; they despise it. The immigration crisis illustrates how there is no way to work with these people, and this failed welfare state will implode at some point soon. It cannot be fixed; it has to be rebuilt from… Read more »

Holy Smokes, The United States was near perfect at conception, but it did not take long for the real issue, the “party” parasites that have attached themselves over the last few centuries. They are killing the host. A host that has been reduced to a MOB of ignorant gossip mongers full of false pride in a notion that they are some how more elite because of a line drawn on a map. Yet this MOB fights amongst itself over whose “party” is better, and is addicted to the convenience of a toys and supermarkets. News flash comrades, the “party” is… Read more »
