This move will grant state peace officers the authority to arrest illegal immigrants. This legislation extends the authority to every peace officer in Texas to arrest individuals who violate this law. Abbott said that due to the construction of walls and razor wire barriers, Texas is no longer the primary entry point for illegal immigrants. Instead, these individuals are now more frequently using routes through the Tucson and San Diego sectors in other states.
Under SB 4, charges could escalate to a felony for migrants accused of additional crimes or non-compliance with a judge’s deportation order. The bill also allows immigrants to present legal status evidence during prosecution. Penalties range from a year in jail for a misdemeanor to two to 20 years for a felony.

Governor Abbott emphasized the severity of the immigration issue, attributing the high number of illegal crossings to failed policies and open border under Joe Biden’s regime.
“The problem is extraordinarily bad. The numbers are high. And it’s because Joe Biden continues to lay out the welcoming mat for illegal immigrants into the United States of America,” said Abbott.

Texas: On September 1, local governments will be prohibited from requiring COVID-related masks, vaccines, or business shutdowns. However, Senate Bill 29 does not restrict private entities from enforcing their own rules.
The Texas law that was passed in December allows any police officer in Texas to arrest migrants for illegal entry and authorizes judges to order them to leave the US. The Biden regime contends that the law is a clear violation of federal authority that would upset more than a century of immigration authority.
Hundreds of migrants were allegedly involved in a wild stampede that overwhelmed National Guard troops at the border a few weeks ago. Video showed migrants, mostly adult males, ripping down razor wire and knocking guards over. Some of the accused invaders were released by Judge Humberto Acosta on Easter Sunday.

The New California 51st state movement is addressing the treasonous open borders problem. Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution guarantees that each state govt must protect the citizenry against INVASION. When a state govt fails to protect against invasion, it is in Constitutional DEFAULT for not doing one of its three Constitutional duties, the other two being providing a republican form of govt and protecting the citizenry from domestic violence. We don’t need a civil war to fix this; we just need to form new states according to the Constitution.
Just to clarify for those who might not be aware, the term “a Republican form of government” means our Constitutional Republic, not any form based on the Republican party. But I add that the Democrat party was originally set up based on a Democracy being their idea of what our form of government is. The Republican party was originally set up based on a Republic being their idea of what our form of government is. Both parties have strayed some on this, but still the right remains closer to a Republic than the left remains to a Democracy.
