Ireland Padded Its COVID Case Numbers

Leo Varadkar
Leo Eric Varadkar served as Ireland’s Taoiseach (prime minister) and Minister for Defense from 2017 to 2020. He said that the citizens should rely only on “trusted sources” such as government, HFC, the WHO, and the national media for Covid information. He was recorded last year on video admitting that Ireland counted suspected cases even when there wasn’t a laboratory test confirming the patient had Covid, and patients with underlying conditions were also counted. He said, “so, if somebody had stage four cancer and was in a nursing home, and was suspected of having Covid, but didn’t test positive for it, we counted that.”
