Hawaii Governor David Ige last week announced that state and county employees will be required to be vaccinated or submit to weekly testing. Now, 1,200 workers are suing in one of the first lawsuits in the nation of its kind. Attorney Michael Green filed a class-action lawsuit and said that tests around the country show that almost 45,000 people who received Covid vaccinations were dead within 72 hours. He said that deaths caused by Covid injections are intentionally under-reported across the country. He argued that weekly testing is an unnecessary procedure because the CDC admits that asymptomatic people do not spread the virus. Furthermore, Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin are effective treatments.
Approximately 1,200 first responders, police officers and firefighters are planning to file a class action lawsuit on Friday against the state’s Covid vaccine mandate, according to local newssites.
The attorneys representing the workers’ unions claim the vaccine requirement violates the workers’ collective bargaining agreement.

Hawaii’s Attorney General’s office told localnews that it is “confident” the vaccine and testing policy is “lawful and constitutional,” and it said that the governor did not have to consult the unions before implementing the new vaccine requirement. Discussions between Gov. David Ige and the workers’ unions are set to continue through Monday.
