Peggy Hall says there is no law requiring the closure of small businesses in California and, therefore, they cannot be fined for staying open. Governor Newsom’s tweet is not a law, and statements published on the website of the California Department of Public Health are not law either. On July 13, Newsome tweeted, “NEW: #COVID19 cases continue to spread at alarming rates. CA is now closing indoor operations STATEWIDE for: -Restaurants -Wineries -Movie theaters -family entertainment -Zoos -museums -Cardroom -Bars must close ALL operations.” None of this, however, is backed by law. Furthermore, the fatality rate for COVID-19 is lower than seasonal flu. -GEG

Why does anyone obey, then? How can it be enforced, and by whom? If owners are arrested, there will be lawsuits up the wazoo afterward, but will judges adhere to the constitution or by the nebulous “public safety” ruse?

I was talking to my helper who told me about an acquaintance of her’s that had come down with the virus and the staff who tested her then claimed her whole family (3 children and her husband) also had the virus and that was the way it was recorded. The woman did post it on Facebook but that didn’t change their minds. Just had to tell someone and you got chosen. Thanks for Need to Know. Love it. Alice

I’ve been listening to Peggy Hall for a few months now. I actually got banned from next-door app for posting her videos and Dr Blaylock’s article about the hazards of masks and debating the neighborhood crowds about the hazards of masks. Several of my neighbors said they wanted me to get a bad case of covid-19 and go on a ventilator for saying masks are bad. In other words, they really wanted me to die. That’s how crazed they are against diversity of thought. I never said I didn’t wear a mask, or that I was opposed to wearing one,… Read more »
