Delaware: Governor John Carney proposes a new state policy, called ‘Prohibition of Discrimination’, that allows children from K to 12 to choose their own name, race, or gender identify, and even access hormone blockers necessary to transition to the opposite sex, all without the knowledge of their parents. Parents are outraged over the proposal, and over 11,000 public comments submitted to Delaware’s Department of Education have been overwhelmingly negative. Schools in Chicago, Massachusetts and Oregon have similar policies in place.
She tried to work with the police by providing march routes and other information that could help avoid violence and keep both sides safe. Now she knows that Antifa is not a protest or reform movement but a relatively small group of professionally trained commandos seeking (with the help of their comrades in the media) to create the appearance of widespread outrage against the present administration. Antifa now considers her to be a police informant and a potential threat to others, causing her to feel suicidal.
California: Professor Albert Ponce, a professor of political science at Diablo Valley College, the same place that employed philosophy professor, Eric Clanton, who hit a free- speech advocate over the head with a steel bike lock, was filmed giving a lecture advocating bringing down “white democracy” in America. The Red Elephants posted it on their new Facebook page, ‘Film Your Marxist Professors’, which alerts the public to communist propaganda that now is being taught to American youth.
Professor George Ciccariello-Maher of Drexel University is resigning after continued public pressure over his offensive Tweets critical of whites and the military. Now he is calling on tenured professors to ‘defend’ against white supremacists, and to help expand Antifa on campus. [The most significant part of this story is that racist Ciccariello-Maher was not dismissed by Drexel.]
Berkeley Police Chief Andrew Greenwood wanted the city council to authorize the police to use pepper spray on violent protesters, which he said should be preferred over using batons and physical force. This video dramatically shows the propaganda rhetoric of professional organizers, some of whom endorse communist ideology and tactics.
650 people were arrested in the UK in 2017 for posting something to the Internet that was deemed by the government to be ‘offensive’. Luke Rudkowski of WeAreChange visited the UK and asked people on the street for their opinions on free speech and censorship. Luke met Vernon Mussington who recently was arrested for the ‘hate crime’ of misgendering a trans-gender person by calling that person a “Geezer”, which is a common British word for a mature male. Mussington fought the case and, fortunately, was acquitted, but he had to defend himself in court.
