Dr. Andrew Kaufman interviewed Dr. Ken Berry, MD, who is an advocate for ketogenic and carnivorous diets, intermittent fasting, and hormone optimization. Dr. Kaufman is a natural healing consultant, inventor, public speaker, forensic psychiatrist, and expert witness. He completed his psychiatric training at Duke University Medical Center after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina, and he has a BS from MIT in Molecular Biology. I used to assume that vegetable and seed oils must be healthy since plants and vegetables generally are healthy to eat. However, I’ve been learning more lately about how UNhealthy these oils are for us and how they may be contributing significantly to many chronic health problems. Food companies prefer to use the vegetable and seed oils which are less expensive than the more expensive but healthier animal fats and oils. I think that eating more bacon and butter will be a win-win situation!

Good learning! Carnivore and keto are the two healthiest diets that YT doesn’t want anyone talking or learning about on the site. Tallow is a great fat to cook with, use on your skin and hair.
