Support Is Growing for Keto and Carnivorous Diets to Produce Optimum Health

Dr. Andrew Kaufman interviewed Dr. Ken Berry, MD, who is an advocate for ketogenic and carnivorous diets, intermittent fasting, and hormone optimization. Dr. Kaufman’s protocols now feature Dr. Berry’s BBBE (Beef, Butter, Bacon and Eggs) diet, which has relieved many people from not just chronic physical conditions, but severe mental disorders.

Dr. Kaufman is a natural healing consultant, inventor, public speaker, forensic psychiatrist, and expert witness. He completed his psychiatric training at Duke University Medical Center after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina, and he has a BS from MIT in Molecular Biology. He has conducted and published original research and lectured, supervised, and mentored medical students, residents, and fellows in all psychiatric specialties.

Dr. Kaufman is a key speaker at the upcoming Red Pill Expo this weekend, June 15 & 16 in Rapid City, South Dakota. Please click here to attend online, in the comfort of your own home, or in person:  https://redpilluniversity.org/expo-homepage/

Do you know what the determining factor is for whether you live a long, healthy, and fruitful life… or a short and disease-ridden life?

You guessed it: Nutrition—my pet subject.

A large portion of people’s ill health can be directly attributed to their poor dietary choices, lack of sufficient hydration, and unwillingness to make changes for the better.

Who would blame them? Why lend an ear to the contrarian voice of craziness when the shrewd experts are telling you that disease, weakness, and lowered testosterone are inevitable? (When they’re in fact not.)

But, as luck would have it, many brave doctors are leaving the allopathic model high and dry—realizing that you don’t need to pop a single pill to keep your body clean and healthy when you heed the gravity of proper nutrition.

Dr. Ken Berry is a plain example of such a courageous doctor.

On his quest to discover man’s befitting diet, Dr. Berry has reached millions with his brilliant insights on ketogenic and carnivorous diets, intermittent fasting, and hormone optimization.

Utilizing his dietary savvy, he devised the BBBE (Beef, Butter, Bacon and Eggs) diet, which has relieved many people from not just chronic physical conditions, but severe mental disorders; thereby earning its place as a staple element in my protocols.

I had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Berry on our very own Healthy Living Interviews series, as we weighed the risks of consuming a high-carb diet and its causal link to mounting epidemics of hyperinsulinemia, diabetes, and obesity.

We also made reference to the collapse of the medical empire, exchanged views on the rising popularity of the Terrain model of ill health, and dwelled upon the specter of men’s declining fertility (for which Dr. Berry posited an interesting thesis). I hope you find this as eye-opening as I did!

Meta’s Creepy Skin Deep ‘Security’ Idea

July 16, 2024 Reclaim the Net 4

Meta, aka Facebook, filed a new patent application detailing a method of authenticating users by combining vocalization – “and skin vibration.” Documents reveal that this is the kind of biometric data which uses not only a person’s voice but also how speaking causes that person’s skin tissue to vibrate.

I used to assume that vegetable and seed oils must be healthy since plants and vegetables generally are healthy to eat. However, I’ve been learning more lately about how UNhealthy these oils are for us and how they may be contributing significantly to many chronic health problems. Food companies prefer to use the vegetable and seed oils which are less expensive than the more expensive but healthier animal fats and oils. I think that eating more bacon and butter will be a win-win situation!

Good learning! Carnivore and keto are the two healthiest diets that YT doesn’t want anyone talking or learning about on the site. Tallow is a great fat to cook with, use on your skin and hair.
