Once you go down the path of studying the history of nutrition you will see a lot of the same agendas and corporations shaping the narrative. Beem carnivore for 4 years after being basically plant-based for 30 plus years. big difference and all positive!

Most government licensed “assisted care” is in the business of killing their clients. I know my mother is in one and they should be criminally charged IMHO. They push vaccines while for 5k a month don’t even give her vitamin C, D3 or zinc.
