Idaho state Representative Judy Boyle and Senator Tammy Nichols, both Republicans, sponsored House Bill 154 that would make the administration of experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccines illegal, essentially outlawing the jabs. According to the bill text, “A person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state.” Senator Nichols said there is no liability, informed consent or data for Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines. She said that there were issues with the shots being fast tracked. If the bill is passed, a person who violates it will be guilty of a misdemeanor.

A new bill has been introduced in Idaho that would make the administration of experimental mRNA COVID-19 vaccines illegal.

Representative Judy Boyle (R-Midvale) and Senator Tammy Nichols (R-Middleton) sponsored House Bill 154.

Sen. Nichols introduced the new bill on the 15th of February before the House Health and Welfare Committee, according to KTVB.

According to the bill text, “A person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state.”

A person who violates the bill will be guilty of a misdemeanor.

The new legislation, if passed, would go into effect on July 1, 2023.

KTVB reported:

Nichols said during her presentation to the committee, “We have issues this was fast tracked.”

Nichols said there is no liability, informed consent or data on mRNA vaccines. She later clarified she was referring to the two COVID-19 vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna.

“I think there is a lot of information that comes out with concerns to blood clots and heart issues,” Nichols said.

Rep. Ilana Rubel, D-Boise, questioned Nichols’ statement that the vaccines were fast-tracked. She said her understanding was that the vaccines were approved and survived the testing, later approved by the FDA.

Nichols said she is finding it “may not have been done like we thought it should’ve been done.”

“There are other shots we could utilize that don’t have mRNA in it,” Nichols said.

ChatGPT can now access the internet, run its own code to solve problems, accept and work on uploaded files, and write its own interfaces to third-party apps. There is concern over whether it may escape its boundaries and engage in “power-seeking behavior” it’s already been caught exhibiting.

Court Blocks Biden’s COVID Vaccine Mandate for US Federal Workers

March 26, 2023 NY Post 1

A prior injunction blocked the mandate in January 2022, only a few months after Biden issued the order, but nearly 98% of covered employees had already been vaccinated. Opponents of the policy said it was an encroachment on federal workers’ lives that neither the Constitution nor federal statutes authorize.

To be sure, I am convinced that the mRNA COVID shots are poison and should not be taken by anyone. However, observe how ridiculous these govt decrees have been during the entire plandemic. “Take the jab or be fired”; “take the jab or you’re kicked out of school”; “speak negatively about the jab and you’ll lose your medical license.” Now we could have nurses who were forced/coerced into taking the jab getting charged with a crime for administering it to someone else! Overreaching bureaucrats continue to make fools of themselves by sticking their noses into our lives.

Thank goodness there are still a few sane people with conscience in politics. I pray that their bill will be passed and that other states with decent leadership with courage might follow, although I know it is an uphill battle against the money powers.

Our legislatures are full of psychopaths….
Murder and maim thousands of people, people, and you are only charged with a misdemeanor?

Looks to me like a hidden hand is at work controlling the moron legislators….

How about enforcing current laws on negligent homicide?

Legislators are protecting murders because they are part of the power structure.
