On May 20, a Navy Administrative Board determined in a 3-0 vote that a lieutenant did not commit any misconduct by refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine and is permitted to continue serving.
Attorney R. Davis Younts – who represented the lieutenant involved in the case – told The National Desk, “In a groundbreaking case involving the military vaccine mandate, we achieved a critical victory for our client LT Bill Moseley. He will be able to continue his service in the United States Navy. A Navy Administrative Board found by a vote of 3-0 that refusing the vaccine was not misconduct.”
During the hearings, Younts argued that the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for U.S. military service members was not lawful, and reportedly highlighted that the military failed to make available the FDA-approved version of the vaccine.
According to a press release published by Younts, Lt. Moseley asserted that he could not take the vaccine for religious reasons, but decided not to submit an exemption request when he found out that the U.S. military was denying nearly all requests.
“After consulting with legal and medical experts, he became convinced that as an officer he had an obligation to take a stand against the unlawful order and be a voice for thousands of enlisted Sailors,” Younts’ said. “LT Moseley risked his twenty-two-year career and his military retirement because of his faith and his commitment to his oath of office as a military leader.”
“Although this [is] only one case of thousands and we have many more clients facing prosecution by the military, we are encouraged that the truth was revealed in this Board, and we hope this ground-breaking case sends a strong message to the Department of Defense,” he added.
I can state from direct experience (4 yrs Navy and 20 yrs National Guard) that the military has in the past and most likely continues to give vaccines or shots unnecessarily because, as one corpsman giving the shots stated to me, “It is more paperwork to throw vaccines, which have passed their expiration date away, than to give them to soldiers”. I asked for and got my military medical records for when I was in the Navy and noticed I had received the Cholera vaccine, for example, 7 times in 4 years, which is well beyond any medical necessity or… Read more »
Thank you for the service to your country. Now the dark side of reality. You have been lied to about the vax by those of higher rank. Many of those of higher rank have been lied to on up the chain of command. As you known, serviceman/women aren’t encouraged to ask questions, just take order’s and get in line jar-heads. Ironically, the military is the most vulnerable despite the fact that you are well armed yet less the wiser with youth..Hence, the nefarious political establishment exploits that vulnerability of youth rank & file. There is a mountain of evidence that… Read more »
Despite the important comments of our military men that are very valid in themselves, what the people NEED SO DESPARATELY to know is that NO government in Washington can make anyone take shots. When you signed up to serve your country, you only took an oath to defend and support the constitution—-NOT congress statutory domain!! . And the constitution itself, doesn’t make any provision for volunteering/ agreement for medical shots that are experimental only. Congress keeps moving past our constitution with demands that are in conflict with your recognized freedoms and liberties. All of you, despite attorneys ‘advice’ to make… Read more »
GOOD!!
86 year old ex-military wife here. I firmly believe the military has been used as test subjects as far back as the 1950s. While the men would get very sick from the annual flu shots, the wives did not. I am speaking of families stationed overseas. I would not go in for the shot, even though the ‘word’ was that it was manditory. Husband served from ’46 to ’71.
“My body, my choice” is unknown in the military. Up till this point the legitimate and validated concerns that military personnel have expressed over the vax have been ignored. It must be sinking in that policy is shrinking enlistments and vaccine damage is cutting into available able bodies … and all for negligible benefit from even three or four jabs.
Lieutenant Moseley did the right thing to refuse the fake vaccine and to disobey an unlawful order.
