Chicago: Soros-funded State Attorney Refuses to Bring Charges against Gunmen in Gang Shootout

Chicago: There was a shootout involving alleged gang members who were shooting from cars into a home that left one man dead and two wounded. Over 70 shell casings were recovered at the scene. When a police cruiser pulled up, one of the shooters jumped into one of the waiting cars, while the other was left lying in the street. No one who was arrested in the house agreed to cooperate with police, leaving detectives with just the video. The video was reported to be grainy, and it was difficult to determine who was holding a gun and who was discharging their gun. The State’s Attorney for Cook County, Kim Foxx, is a radical leftist who was funded by George Soros. Foxx, who previously refused to bring charges against race hoaxer Jussie Smollett, now refuses to charge anyone in the gang shooting claiming there is insufficient evidence. However, prosecutors told investigators the allegations were dropped because the shootout involved “mutual combatants.” -GEG

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot blasted a prosecutor’s decision not to charge five suspects in a fatal gang-related shooting, saying residents cannot “live in a world where there is no accountability.”

Lightfoot criticized Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx at an unrelated press conference Monday after her office declined to announce charges in the deadly West Side shootout early Friday between two factions of the Four Corner Hustlers street gang, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

“It’s complicated, for sure, but we really urge the state’s attorney herself to get personally involved, look at the evidence,” Lightfoot told reporters. “And I believe that there are charges that can be brought at a minimum against the individuals who initiated the gunfire. We can’t live in a world where there’s no accountability.”

Members of the Body Snatchers faction of the Four Corners Hustlers street gang drove up to a West Side home early Friday and started shooting into a residence with handguns modified into automatic weapons, according to a police report and a law enforcement source close to the matter, the Sun-Times reported.

Members of a rival faction, the Jack Boys, then fired back from inside the home, striking three suspected Body Snatchers, including one who died. Two of the Jack Boys were later arrested, police said.

This example should serve as a clue as to what some of these people consider “justice”. You can expect more of this as the numbers of ‘lawyers’ and judges of this ilk increase. Yet it’s impossible to explain this to people who have no experience in such matters that not all of these people consider them “equals” , much less ‘friends’ and that such complications as these when they arise cannot simply be dismissed on the assumption that you can “kill them with kindness”. These people do not feel “kindly” towards you just because you ‘feel’ innocent. It makes no… Read more »

Some Chicago police say that this is all good as these gang members are thinning out their own herd. Remember that this is what THEY are saying.
