Blackwell, Oklahoma: Police Officer Lt. John Mitchell, 40, has been indicted on a second-degree murder charge, alleging he wasn’t justified in firing about 60 shots with his AR-15 at a female road-rage suspect, Micheal Ann Godsey, a 34 year old woman, who was an active shooter. Mitchell’s attorney said that the woman shot at her mother twice, shot at a private citizen, shot at cars while driving around at 3 am, and finally shot at the police twice before she was killed. A representative from the Oklahoma Fraternal Order of Police said that this is the first time in American history that a police officer or anybody has been charged with the crime of murder for firing at an active shooter in self defense.

Defense attorney Gary James said Mitchell acted lawfully to stop a threat.
“She shot at the police twice. She has shot at her mother twice. She has shot at a private citizen. We know she fired other rounds around town. And Mitchell gets in behind her,” the attorney told the Oklahoman. “He took his AR-15 and he started shooting through the front windshield at her.”

People objected to sensors that would be placed everywhere collecting data on everything. They also were not not comfortable with a private company running their city [Good decision on the sensors, but it is hard to imagine that private-sector crooks would be much worse than public-sector crooks.]

COVID-19 does not have a disease rate above the normal. Therefore, California does not have an epidemic, and a declaration of lockdown is in violation of California law. [Does anyone in government care about laws when they stand in the way of power and wealth?]
