Former US Navy sailor Kristian Saucier served a year in prison for taking six pictures in classified areas of a nuclear submarine and was pardoned in March by President Trump. He is now suing Barack Obama, Jim Comey and the Department of Justice for jailing him, while giving Hillary Clinton a free pass by avoiding prosecution for mishandling classified information on her infamous private email server.
Congress finally received the ‘electronic communication’, which is the original reason why counterintelligence spied on the Trump campaign alleging they colluded with Russia, but no official intelligence was used to open the investigation, which indicates the investigation was illegal. Congress is investigating the US State Department because its info was leaked to the FBI. Four of Comey’s memos were classified and he laundered them through a friend who leaked them to the New York Times in order to open a special counsel investigation- also illegal.
Eleven GOP members of Congress, led by Representative Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and Matt Gaetz (R-FL), have written a letter calling to Attorney General Jeff Sessions asking for an investigation and the equal application of the law for former FBI Director James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. The lawmakers listed each of the specific laws that were broken. There is a large potential for corruption when the Department of Justice investigates itself.
A pro-Donald Trump political action committee filed a lawsuit against the Federal Elections Commission for ignoring a money-laundering scheme that ended up depositing $84 million in Hillary Clinton’s campaign fund. Hillary donors wrote checks for hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Hillary Victory Fund that was funneled to state party chapters, and back through the DNC, ultimately ending up at Clinton’s campaign headquarters, violating campaign finance laws that limit the amount individuals can donate.
Attorney Lisa Bloom, daughter of feminist attorney, Gloria Allred, represented two women who accused Trump of sexual harassment and who were given a total of $700,000 ‘for expenses’. David Brock, co-founder with George Soros of Media Matters, gave $200,000, and longtime Hillary friend and fashion entrepreneur, Susie Tompkins Buell, paid $500,000 to fund accusers procured by Ms. Bloom.
The complaint alleges that the Hillary Victory Fund solicited six-figure donations from mega-donors and routed them through state parties and ultimately into Clinton campaign coffers. An estimated $84-million may have been laundered in what might be the single largest campaign finance scandal in US history. Hillary and the DNC also were served with another FEC complaint in late October for hiding payment for the fake Russia dossier used against Donald Trump during the campaign.
