Former President Trump filed a lawsuit against 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and numerous top Democratic officials, including former DNC chairwoman Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, former FBI Director James Comey, and longtime Democratic political consultant John Podesta for taking part in what he called a “far-reaching conspiracy” to tarnish his 2016 presidential bid by tying it to Russia. He is alleging RICO violations and si seeking $72 million in damages. The lawsuit alleges that “their far-reaching conspiracy was designed to cripple Trump’s bid for the presidency by fabricating a scandal that would be used to trigger an unfounded federal investigation and ignite a media frenzy.”

Trump’s civil suit invokes the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, commonly used to prosecute organized crime, to claim Clinton and top Democrats “orchestrated an unthinkable plot” to damage his campaign.
The 108-page lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, contains numerous allegations that Clinton and others “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” prompting probes into the connection that damaged the Trump campaign’s image.
Former DNC chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), former FBI Director James Comey and longtime Democratic political consultant John Podesta are among others named in the suit.
Trump is seeking a jury trial and claims his damages total “no less than” $24 million.
Clinton could not be immediately reached for comment.

The Obama administration’s anti-Trump investigation may not have been limited to the FBI, but may have included the use of CIA assets and surveillance capabilities, raising troubling questions about whether the nation’s top spy service was weaponized against a US political campaign.
The complaint alleges that the Hillary Victory Fund solicited six-figure donations from mega-donors and routed them through state parties and ultimately into Clinton campaign coffers. An estimated $84-million may have been laundered in what might be the single largest campaign finance scandal in US history. Hillary and the DNC also were served with another FEC complaint in late October for hiding payment for the fake Russia dossier used against Donald Trump during the campaign.
Carol Davidsen, the former media director for the Obama campaign in 2012, revealed that Democrats were able to “suck out the entire social graph” or network of friends from individuals on Facebook, which they used to bolster their email lists. It was criminal how the election was stolen from Trump via systemic corruption, and I like the legal approach of applying the RICO laws by alleging racketeering in the election process. However, Mr. Trump’s Operation Warp Speed is unfortunately an even bigger racketeering operation involving Big Pharma, media, doctors, hospitals, and public health officials who terrorized the public into taking a dangerous medical “treatment” which would be voluntary at first but later mandatory. Oh yes, and the people in charge collected billions from the racket.
