The members of Antifa involved in the fight backed out, and the the state became the accuser.Ā McInnes says the media and the political establishment of New York used the brawl between the two groups paint Trump supporters as violent hate gangs. The judge equated the fight to the rise of Nazis in Europe.
The judge said that the man’s actions āstrike at the heartā of the justice system and his sentence must act as a deterrent. The attack on the man’s free speech is a warning to others who dare to criticize the government and authorities. Law enforcement and the justice system have set a double-standard that divides people and stokes hatred.
