The Democrat majority in the California legislature passed the so-called “medical misinformation” law that essentially allows the state to remove doctors’ licenses to practice medicine if they say something about COVID that the state doesn’t like, thereby ending doctors’ careers. The war has not been won against Law AB 2098, but an important battle has as the lawsuit moves forward. The government spread false propaganda about COVID and COVID vaccines and it should not be in charge of telling us what’s the “truth.”
A California federal judge granted a temporary injunction Wednesday against the state’s Assembly Bill 2098, called “Physicians and surgeons: unprofessional conduct,” in a big win for all doctors who don’t appreciate their speech being censored. The “medical misinformation” bill was signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom in September and marks one of the biggest dictatorial pandemic-era overreaches by the governor and the Golden State legislature, which is run by a supermajority of Democrats.
The short version of the law is—if you’re a doctor and you say anything about COVID the state doesn’t like, they will take away your license to practice and therefore your career. Somewhere in Washington, D.C. there’s a copy of the U.S. Constitution, but it would appear that Newsom hasn’t bothered to read it or one of its central features, the First Amendment.

The Supreme ruled that mandatory union dues for people who work in the public sector violate workers’ right to free speech, as it compels them to subsidize speech and political action that they may strongly oppose. Unions will be left to convince workers to join and pay dues voluntarily. The CDC’s data showed the number of Covid patient in-hospital deaths in May were 15% among the vaccinated, not 0.5% as they all claimed — which is 30x higher than they stated. They excluded the most recent data showing the increase in Covid diagnoses in vaccinated people.

I actually visited the California State Capitol today on a school field trip with my kid. As I toured the building and saw the Assembly and Senate chambers, I kept thinking about how this is where the nonsense happens which would include this doctor-muzzling law along with forced-vaccination laws. I also thought about how we may be able to free ourselves from this California tyranny one day if we can successfully establish the 51st state of New California. Two representatives (nonvoting) of New California are already being sent to the U.S. Congress as the next step toward statehood.
