A 30-year old Honduran national was previously charged with felony carnal knowledge of a child 13 to 14 years of age in 2023 and he was arrested again on two additional counts of felony carnal knowledge of a child 13 to14 years of age in February 2024. The FDA is transitioning from testing animal models to directly experimenting on humans.
