Giorgia Meloni emerged at the helm of a three-party conservative bloc that captured 44% of the Italian national vote and she is set to become the next Italian Prime Minister. Her rise to power indicates that Italians have rejected policies from the left that have led to mass migration, the energy crisis, harsh COVID policies and the sexual revolution. She supports traditional values that include family, God, and Italy as sovereign nation-state independent of unaccountable elites. Before the election, European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen said that Brussels had “tools” to respond if the political situation in Italy goes in a “difficult direction” after the election, essentially threatening Italian voters that EU funding could be withheld.

While Meloni opposes the left, she supports Ukraine and NATO, which is led by the American left. She recently advocated for a gas pipeline from Israeli waters to Europe. She has been calling for a compensation fund for vulnerable nations affected by the energy crisis to be supplied predominantly by the US.

Summary by JW WIlliams

Giorgia Meloni heads the Brothers of Italy (FdI) party that has emerged at the helm of a three-party conservative bloc that captured 44% of the Italian national vote and she is set to become the next Italian Prime Minister when coalitions are formed.

The election was called when Prime Minister Mario Draghi resigned in July after three parties withdrew their support for his unity government. The coalition broke down due to disagreements over COVID-19 recovery plans and programs to tackle inflation and rising energy prices.

Before the election on September 20, European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen said that Brussels had “tools” to respond if the political situation in Italy goes in a “difficult direction” after the election. She was reportedly threatening Italian voters with the ability of the EU to withhold funding to member states that violate the bloc’s laws. Italian voters chose Giorgia Meloni anyway.

Only 63% of the electorate voted because people who refused to vote for the left, but couldn’t vote for the right, simply stayed home. This shows the failure of the left.

Italy has had staggering inflation and over 100,000 businesses in Italy are in danger of closing down due to soaring energy bills that could lead to a loss of more than 370,000 jobs. Energy costs are triple the amount that France pays and more than 40% higher than Germany.

Italians reportedly voted for Meloni’s party as a protest vote against COVID lockdowns, COVID passports, the bad economy, the rise in energy prices, the energy crisis caused in part by green environmental extremism, mass immigration, the sexual revolution, abortion, gender ideology, and more.

Giorgia Meloni supports Italy as sovereign and independent nation state. She has railed against unaccountable transnational elites, like European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen. She has criticized those who would deprive Italians of their roots and identity so they may become enslaved “at the mercy of financial speculators.” She is a nationalist who supports traditional values of family, religion and her country.

Meloni is conflicted because she says she supports Ukraine and NATO, which is following a foreign policy led by American leftists. She recently advocated collaborations with the new Israeli government, starting with the supply of natural gas through the eastern Mediterranean Sea. She has been calling for a compensation fund for vulnerable nations to be supplied predominantly by the US, and then the EU and NATO countries.

Right, Left, does it make a difference when their actions are as unwise as the other? The only way for a nation to remain sovereign, to have any independence and security is to produce their own energy and food. If you can grow food you can produce your own energy via ethanol. Then there are the massive energy deposits such as frozen methane off shore of most areas. All this pipeline BS through the Mired East is rather silly … but makes for great market mayhem at the hands of the manipulators that shouldn’t be.

I live in Italy. While I am glad that the coalition from the right won the recent election, very little will change. In fact I used my constitutional right to vote by casting a ballot for anewly formed party called ITALEXIT. They campaigned on actually stating the obvious. That Italy needs to leave the EU and NATO. That Italy must cease taking orders from the war machine in America as well as its Foreign Policy. That Italy needs to become a neutral Sovereign nation. The winning far right coalition is choosing to remain within the same corrupt system. When you… Read more »

Something isn’t adding up.

I.U. posts a link indicating she IS connected to the Rockefeller Foundation & Davos. Hmmm. We shall see, but it would be so insulting for the Italians to discover they’ve been fooled.

Ah yes the female Trump of Italy …more Globalist minions no matter who you vote for: The Times of Israel Italy’s Giorgia Meloni, who is on track to become the country’s first far-right leader since Mussolini in World War II, has long tried to distance herself from her party’s fascist past and indicated she would be a strong supporter of Israel, even boasting of ties to the Likud party. The KEY is for the people to take over the NOMINATING, causing the so called opposition parties to wither into non-existence. Gather together 1 hour a month to screen out the… Read more »
