Angry marches took place across France resulting from Emmanuel Macron’s brand new “comprehensive security law,” known as the ‘gag law,’ that makes it a crime to capture or distribute the image of a police officer. Tens of thousands also have demonstrated across Italy. The people of Slovakia marched against the government despite bans against public gatherings. Denmark’s parliament was subject to 9 days of protests right outside its doors in opposition to the proposed “vaccination law”, which would allow the police to “physically coerce vaccination through detainment”. There were reports that Denmark’s law was revoked, but there is no evidence to prove that this is true. The media either demonizes anti-lockdown protesters or ignores them altogether. -GEG
