San Diego: Charles LiMandri of the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund is suing the San Diego school district on behalf of parents who oppose a new anti-bullying policy that specifically protects Muslims, and among other steps, increases the number of lessons about Islam, although the state’s curriculum already teaches about Islam.  LiMandri said parents and his law firm have other problems with the district’s actions, including its partnership with the Council for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which he said has a mission to change American society and advance radical Islam and several CAIR executives have been linked to terror-related crimes. -GEG
