Norway: WikiLeaks tweeted about the “strange disappearance” of Arjen Kamphuis, an associate of founder Julian Assange, saying he has been missing since August 20 when he left his hotel in the northern Norwegian town of Bodo. He had a plane ticket bound for another city 435 miles away on August 22nd, but never used it.
The DNC filed a lawsuit alleging the Trump campaign, the Russian government, and WikiLeaks conspired to interfere in the 2016 presidential campaign to tip the election in favor of Donald Trump. The purpose of the lawsuit is to motivate donors and voters on the far left. WikiLeaks has vowed to counter-sue and is delighted at the prospect of opening discovery on the DNC while Trump expressed interest in getting hold of the DNC servers that the FBI was never allowed to inspect.
Wikileaks founder Julian Assange was given asylum at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London in 2012, but the Ecuadorian government now has cut off his internet access and will not allow him to have visitors. Since the Director of the CIA Mike Pompeo recently said that the Trump administration considers Assange to be a threat to the US, it is reasonable to assume that the Ecuadorian government is cooperating with the US and UK to force Assange out of the embassy so he can be extradited to the US to be imprisoned for life – or worse.
An anonymous source says that US authorities will seek the arrest of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange for intelligence leaks dating back to 2010. The FBI and CIA have admitted that the Vault #7 CIA data published by Wikileaks was not hacked by the Russians, and they are searching for the insider who leaked the documents. Assange has been given political asylum in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, but pressure may be applied to bring him to the US to face charges.
