US District Judge, William Orrick, an Obama appointee, placed a block on Trump’s Executive Order intended to withhold funding from communities that protect illegal aliens from US immigration authorities. Orrick said Trump’s threats to withhold federal grants were ‘coercive’ and overly broad, violating the Constitution. He said that Congress, not the President, controls spending. [This is one of those areas in which there is truth on both sides.
Charlotte, North Carolina: An Indian immigrant from Bhutan who owns a small market was threatened in a letter left behind after a fire was set at his store. The note mentioned Trump, warned the immigrant to go back where he came from, and was signed “White America”. Surveillance video shows that the “white racist” Trump-supporter was a black man.
President Trump authorized the launching of 50 Tomahawk cruise missiles against a Syrian airbase, allegedly in retaliation for a chemical attack earlier this week that was blamed on Syrian President Assad – in spite of the fact that Assad has nothing to gain and everything to lose from such an attack.

That rule was circumvented when the Obama administration authorized intelligence gathering against foreigners who were thought to be in communication with the Trump transition team. This was considered to be the center-piece of Obama’s climate policy and the attack by environmentalists against the coal industry.
Congressman Devin Nunes, leader of the House investigation into the NSA’s surveillance of the Trump presidential campaign, says that the FBI is not cooperating. In an explosive interview in front of the White House, he disclosed that private communications from the Trump team were picked up and disseminated within the government during the campaign. He says that he “cannot rule out” the possibility that Obama ordered the surveillance.
