Kentucky: US District Judge Justin Walker, 38, ruled in favor of the On Fire Christian Church that sued Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer and the city Frankfort after Fischer announced drive-in style religious gatherings were not allowed on Easter. Judge Walker wrote,“On Holy Thursday, an American mayor criminalized the communal celebration of Easter. That sentence is one that this Court never expected to see outside the pages of a dystopian novel, or perhaps the pages of The Onion.” He said: “The Mayor’s decision is stunning. And it is, ‘beyond all reason,’ unconstitutional.”

Kentucky’s largest city cannot halt a local church’s drive-in service planned for Easter, a federal judge on Saturday ruled.

The ruling came as Republicans blasted Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear’s statewide plan to order people into quarantine if they attend mass gatherings, including religious ones.

On Fire Christian Church had sued Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer and the city after Fischer announced drive-in style religious gatherings were not allowed on Easter.

U.S. District Judge Justin Walker sided with the church, saying that the city is prohibited from “enforcing; attempting to enforce; threatening to enforce; or otherwise requiring compliance with any prohibition on drive-in church services at On Fire.”

“On Holy Thursday, an American mayor criminalized the communal celebration of Easter,” Walker wrote in his sternly worded 20-page opinion. “That sentence is one that this Court never expected to see outside the pages of a dystopian novel, or perhaps the pages of The Onion.”

Walker added that “The Mayor’s decision is stunning. And it is, ‘beyond all reason,’ unconstitutional.”

Fischer had argued that drive-in church services weren’t “practical or safe” for the community. However, Walker noted that drive-thru restaurants and liquor stores were still allowed to operate.

“Thank God for a judge who understands the First Amendment prevents the government from prohibiting the free government exercise of religion,” tweeted Kentucky GOP Sen. Rand Paul.

FDA Says Bird Flu Fragments Found In Cows Milk

April 26, 2024 InfoWars and ABC 1

The media reports that there is an outbreak of avian bird flu (H5N1) that has spread to two dozen herds of cattle across eight states. Critics are concerned that the H5N1 bird flu virus will be used as an excuse to throttle the meat supply and call for a pandemic lockdown.

There is another dipshit like Fischer in Oldham County, KY. That person is from the Oldham County Health Department trying to stop the very same thing. If this weren’t so serious, people like this would be extremely laughable.

Not religious in the least, but this is just cops being the good cops they are by ‘following orders’. Like the NINE cops at my 20-space beach parking lot, keeping ‘domestic terrorists’ from parking above the water or – heaven forbid – going ONTO THE BEACH!!!!!!!!!!!

That oath they take to the Constitution?

Means as much to them as it does to politicians, or your ‘Khaki Heroes’ who support ISIS and al Qaeda in Syria.
