David Daleiden, the founder of the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), a pro-life organization, published undercover videos in 2015 of Planned Parenthood officials negotiating the sale of baby parts that sparked congressional hearings and a Department of Justice investigation into the abortion provider.

In retaliation, Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit accusing David Daleiden, CMP, and its members with illegal taping, fraud, and racketeering. Judge William Orrick, III, who has ties to Planned Parenthood, refused to disqualify himself and refused to allow a First-Amendment free speech defense. A jury awarded Planned Parenthood over $2-million that includes punitive and compensatory damages as well as attorneys’ fees. Pro-life defense lawyers will appeal, telling reporters outside the courtroom the “process was unfair.” Daleiden and Merritt are also facing 14 felony counts of illegal taping under California’s anti-eavesdropping law. -GEG

The total amount awarded to Planned Parenthood is over $2 million, according to the Thomas More Society, which includes punitive and compensatory damages as well as attorneys’ fees. Local San Francisco reporter Helen Chistophi tweeted from the courthouse that the punitive damages totaled $870,000.

No one has done a proper study for a novel, never-seen-before virus, and it will never be attempted because it would destroy the theory that one virus is causing a pandemic. A few people at the top know the truth, but the cult operates on blind faith.

The State’s Medical Practice Board accused Dr. Jensen of ‘providing reckless advice’ on a news program by comparing COVID-19 to the ordinary flu. [Dr. Jensen is correct, of course, and If this goes to court, there is a good chance he will prove his case. Our guess, therefore, is that it will never go to court.]

The results should be considered jury tampering on the part of the biased judge.
