Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy to Retire, Dems Panic over Roe vs. Wade

su_note note_color=”#efe1a7″ text_color=”#00000″ radius=”5”]Justice Anthony Kennedy, 81, will retire at the end of July, after serving more than 30 years on the Supreme Court. Kennedy carried the swing vote and was one of the key architects of same-sex marriage.  If President Trump is able to get a Constitutional conservative judge approved, it will reshape the Supreme Court for decades. He will need all Republican senators, including RINOs, to vote for this candidate to reach the 51% majority needed for approval.  Abortion could be a key issue; if Roe vs Wade is overturned, authority over abortion would be handed back to the states.[/su_note]

California Has the Most ‘Liberal’ Government and the Highest Poverty Rate in the Nation. Cause and Effect.

Despite California having a vigorous economy, 20% of Californians are suffering economic hardship, mostly due to the cost of housing. Moderate wage earners age 35 to 44 are leaving California due to rising crime, heavy traffic, a growing homeless epidemic and, especially high taxes. [These are the natural effects of collectivism. Only the wealthy and the impoverished will remain in the state. Eventually, everyone will be impoverished except the ruling elite.]

If Roe v Wade were overturned, states already have their own abortion related laws on the books. Some allow abortion outright and some have exceptions only and some ban it outright. Abortion would still exist, and the blue states would still allow abortions, so this fear that it would be banned is just scare tactics by pro abortion supporters.
