Newsom Signs Bill to Fine School Districts for Dissenting from Left-Wing Curriculum

California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) signed a bill Monday that will enable him to slap fines on local school districts that refuse to obey state edits on curriculum involving controversial subjects like race, gender, and sexuality. The bill was failing in the Democrat supermajority legislature until Newsom backed it. Newsom was reported to be hoping to punish one school district in particular, in Temecula, California, where a new conservative majority won school board elections and rejected LGBTQ+ material. The  law strips the freedom for parents to decide what their children must learn.

Separately, Newsom’s administration is suing a local school board in Chino Valley, California, for adopting a policy requiring schools to notify parents if children want to change their gender — a policy backed by 84% of Californians.

Gavin Newsom Responds to COVID Criticism: “We Would Have Done Everything Differently”

California Governor Gavin Newsom faced criticism over the strict lockdowns and mask mandates he implemented in the state that prompted a recall effort. While Newsom did say, “We would have done everything differently,” he failed to take responsibility for the COVID policies he implemented. The Governor called for “humility” when Meet The Press host Chuck Todd pressed him over decisions he made during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is important to remember that Newsom failed to follow his own guidelines and he was caught dining indoors during a lockdown. In 2020 he was asked if he sees the coronavirus pandemic crisis as “potential” for a “new progressive era” and he replied: “Absolutely. We see this as an opportunity to reshape the way we do business and how we govern. That shouldn’t put shivers up one the spines of one party or the other.”

Full interview:

.

Gov. Gavin Newsom said criticism of California’s tough Covid-19 restrictions was valid and he would have taken an entirely different approach, given what he knows now about the pandemic.

“I think we would’ve done everything differently,” Newsom said in a taped interview set to air on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday.

“I think all of us in terms of our collective wisdom, we’ve evolved. We didn’t know what we didn’t know. We’re experts in hindsight. We’re all geniuses now.”

Later in the interview Newsom responded to criticism of his state’s decisions by saying: “All of it’s legitimate in terms of reflection.”

Host Chuck Todd pressed the California Democrat on specifics, including whether Newsom and state officials were too accommodating to the film industry during periods of strict distancing requirements where Californians were prevented, for example, from gathering for family funerals. “I think there’s a lot of humility. And we didn’t know what we didn’t know. And it was hardly I; it was we, collectively,” Newsom responded.

Newsom faced considerable anger in his state during the pandemic, including a recall attempt fueled by partisans but also frustrated business owners and parents who felt like the state acted too cautiously and refused to loosen up even as other states did. Nationally, he’s taken heat from the likes of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, now a Republican presidential candidate, who has leaned into comparing his state’s more lax approach over the duration of the pandemic with Newsom’s stricter, longer, guidelines.

Despite considerable prodding from Todd on specifics where Newsom would have made different decisions in his hard-hit state, including the protracted closure of in-person learning at schools, the governor largely kept to generalities.

Newsom did, however, point to differences in how the virus spread indoors versus outdoors, and alluded to policies around masking and vaccine distribution that would have been handled differently in hindsight. “You want to talk about prioritizations early on in terms of those vaccines. You go through a series of things, and there’s so many things we could’ve done differently,” he said.

Gavin Newsom’s Gun Grabbing Constitutional Addition Would Repeal the Second Amendment

.

Whatever else Gov. Gavin Newsom ’s (D-CA) campaign for a 28th Amendment gets wrong about guns, at least it implicitly admits that the Democratic Party’s gun control wish list is unconstitutional under the Second Amendment . After all, why propose an amendment if the Constitution doesn’t forbid what you want to accomplish?

Leaving Newsom’s admission aside, however, his 28th Amendment would accomplish nothing, at least nothing good. At worst, it would lay the legal groundwork for confiscating every gun in the United States.

Newsom has offered no text for his amendment, only four “principles” he wants written into it. This allows him to propose “barring civilian purchase of assault weapons” without ever having to define exactly what an “assault weapon” is.

Define it too narrowly and gun manufacturers will create new models that skirt the definition. Define it too broadly by saying it is “any semi-automatic firearm with a detachable magazine,” for example, and you outlaw almost half the handguns in the nation. If the text of Newsom’s 28th Amendment is ever written, he’ll have to choose. The first option renders his amendment useless; the second would mean it never gets the votes to become law.

Not all of Newsom’s principles are so vague. Raising the legal age to buy a firearm from 18 to 21 is an easy bright line to enforce, but there isn’t any evidence that it would reduce gun crimes at all. But how can we raise the age to 21 when people may vote when three years younger than that?

Newsom’s third principle calls for a “reasonable waiting period for all gun purchases.” What is “reasonable” is not defined. We know from existing state waiting periods that they reduce gun suicides for those over 55, but they have no effect on gun homicide rates overall.

Finally, Newsom calls for “universal background checks” for gun purchases. But all commercial gun purchases are subject to universal background checks already. What Newsom is really calling for here is background checks for all private firearm transfers. Anytime anyone transfers gun ownership, from father to son, for example, or from neighbor to neighbor, Newsom wants the federal government to know about it.

Some states have tried this, and compliance is nonexistent. It is estimated that only 3.5% of private transfers in Oregon, for example, complied with that state’s universal background check law. The only way to achieve anything approaching effective compliance would be for the federal government to create a national gun registry and force all owners to register their firearms with the feds. That is the Democrats’ real goal with a universal background check system: a new government database that knows who owns every gun in the country and where they live.

Gov Gavin Newsom Vacations in Sunny Mexico While Snowed-In Californians Freeze to Death

California Governor Gavin Newsom was on a “personal trip” to Baja California while his constituents were freezing to death. Residents in San Bernardino, California are snowed-in and running out of supplies after the latest winter storm dumped several feet of snow in the region; at least one person was found dead in their home. In Northern California’s Mendocino County, people, including vulnerable senior citizens, have been stuck in their homes for over 10 days. They remain without power and are running low on supplies.

.

.

California Governor Gavin Newsom has finally been located. Turns out he was on a “personal trip” to Baja California while his constituents were freezing to death.

Here is San Francisco Chronicle reporter Emily Hoeven with the news.

We all remember the media uproar two years ago when Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) briefly flew down to Cancun in the midst of a power outage in Texas even through he had no power to help. Don’t expect the same reaction from the corporate press even though Newsom is literally the most powerful elected leader in the state.

As TGP’s Cristina Laila previously reported, residents in San Bernardino, California are snowed-in and running out of supplies after the latest winter storm dumped several feet of snow in the region.

In addition to supply concerns, some roads remain closed.

ABC 7 reporter David Gonzales previously reported it is a ‘life and death situation’ in Crestline.

Jennifer Van Laar from Redstate.com report harrowing new information including a fatality.

CA: Newsom Under Fire From Bipartisan Critics Over Trillions of Gallons of Lost Water

California, under Governor Newsom, flushed trillions of gallons of rainwater from January storms out to the ocean instead of saving it in reservoirs and pumping it to farmers after three years of extreme drought. Since late December, a series of heavy storms called atmospheric rivers brought an estimated 32 trillion gallons of rainwater to the state that would have been enough to supply the state’s agricultural, industrial, and residential needs for at least a decade—if it were stored in reservoirs. Instead, 95% of of the rainwater at the hub of California’s water grid was washed out to sea, using the excuse of protecting the environment/ the tiny Delta smelt fish.

State Assemblyman Bill Essayli (R-Corona) called on Newsom to reform the California Environmental Quality Act and streamline the approval process of new water reservoir projects. “The fundamental problem is that there’s no appetite or will to actually solve this issue and deal with the environmental groups that are relentless in their opposition to any water storage infrastructure. That’s the real problem,” he said.

.

California flushed trillions of gallons of rainwater from January storms out to the ocean instead of saving it in reservoirs and pumping it to farmers after three years of extreme drought.
.
Since late December, a series of heavy storms called atmospheric rivers brought an estimated 32 trillion gallons of rainwater to the state, according to the FOX Forecast Center. U.S. Geological Survey data suggest this would be enough to supply the state’s agricultural, industrial, and residential needs for at least a decade—if it were stored in reservoirs.
.
However, around 95 percent of the rainwater in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, the hub of California’s water grid, was washed out to sea, according to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.
The bureau told The Epoch Times in an email on Jan. 23 that 5 to 6 percent of incoming water during the storms was captured.
.
Nearly a dozen legislators—both Republican and Democrat, several from the parched agricultural regions of the Central Valley—recently sent a series of letters demanding that California Gov. Gavin Newsom ease pumping restrictions on water from the heavy rains. The environmental restrictions are designed to protect endangered fish such as the Delta smelt.
.

Missed Opportunity?

U.S. Rep. Jim Costa (D-Fresno) wrote a letter (pdf) to Newsom, California Natural Resources Secretary Wade Crowfoot, and U.S. Interior Secretary Deb Haaland on Jan. 11 calling on federal and state agencies to maximize pumping water from the rains, contending this would have little impact on endangered species.
.
“Community drinking water systems, agriculture, and listed species that occupy managed wetlands alike would benefit from an increased supply of stored water for use during the next dry period,” Costa wrote. “If the 2022 water year is any indication, that could come as soon as next month. It makes NO sense to miss the opportunity created by the extraordinary wet conditions California is now experiencing.”
.
Costa suggested the state discontinue its “calendar-based approach” to water management and implement more adaptive “dynamic” strategies to respond more quickly to changing weather patterns and conditions.
.
“Water needs to flow freely to the Central Valley,” Assemblyman Vince Fong (R-Bakersfield) wrote in another letter to Newsom on Jan. 12. “During this drought, farmers need water to save for the coming dry months in order to grow the food we eat, and communities need water for homes and businesses.”
State legislators Sen. Melissa Hurtado (D-Sanger) and Assemblywoman Jasmeet Bains (D-Bakersfield)—citing data from the Bureau of Reclamation—stated in yet another letter to Newsom on Jan. 10 that water usage from the Delta between Dec. 31 and Jan. 8 was cut by more than half from about 6,000 cubic feet per second to a daily average of less than 3,000.

California Released over 7,000 Pedophiles who Served Less than a Year in Prison

More than 7,000 sex offenders were convicted of ‘lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age’ but were let out of prison the same year they were incarcerated, according to data from the California Megan’s Law database that allows anyone to search for sex offenders, with details including name, age, residence, offenses, their mugshot, and the dates they were last convicted and released from prison. DailyMail compared the published dates of 41,794 pedophiles’ convictions versus the year they were released from prison according to the Megan’s Law database. The results showed that the average pedophile served two years and 10 months in prison. According the US Justice Department, sex offenders are at least four times more likely than other criminals to be rearrested for a sex crime. A lawyer who represents victims of sexual abuse points to policies backed by California Governor Gavin Newsom allowing for shortening of sentences to reduce the prison population. After the media outlet contacted the CA DoJ asking about the shocking statistics, the search function was removed from the Megan’s Law website, which is administered by the department.

  • An analysis of a California sex offenders database shows thousands of child molesters are being let out of prison after just a few months
  • DailyMail.com’s investigation reveals more than 7,000 sex offenders were convicted of ‘lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age’
  • Those 7,000 pedophiles were released the same year they were convicted
  • Others who committed some of the worst child sex crimes, including sodomy and rape of children, served similarly short sentences
  • Current and former Los Angeles sex crime prosecutors tell DailyMail.com that the figures are ‘terrifying’ and ‘shameful’
  • Deputy DA Jon Hatami blames Proposition 57, a 2016 bill allowing early parole for nonviolent felons which was supported by his boss, LA DA George Gascón
  • ‘Thousands of child victims are being denied justice and George Gascón and his group of radical prosecutors can care less,’ Hatami said

Pedophiles are getting less than a year prison time after a range of horrific acts, including raping kids under 14, a DailyMail.com investigation reveals.

Analysis of a California database of sex offenders shows thousands of child molesters are being let out after just a few months, despite sentencing guidelines.

Current and former sex crime prosecutors said the figures are ‘terrifying’ and ‘shameful’.

More than 7,000 sex offenders were convicted of ‘lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age’ but were let out of prison the same year they were incarcerated, data from the California Megan’s Law database says.

Others who committed some of the worst child sex crimes on the statute books served similarly short sentences, including 365 pedophiles convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child who spent less than 12 months in prison, 39 cases of sodomy with a child under 16, and three cases of kidnapping a child under 14 ‘with intent to commit lewd or lascivious acts’, according to the data.

Former Los Angeles sex crimes prosecutor Samuel Dordulian told DailyMail.com he was ‘shocked’ by the statistics and described them as ‘frightening for society’.

California Plans to Punish Doctors who Spread COVID-19 “Misinformation” to Patients

California’s controversial new law that threatens to revoke doctors’ licenses to practice medicine is believed to be the first in the nation that can punish doctors for spreading false or misleading information about COVID-19 risks, vaccinations and treatments. The Medical Board of California will have the power to determine what is ‘misinformation’ and if a doctor’s interactions with patients should be considered unprofessional conduct. The new law will have a chilling effect on medical care. Conversely, other states have passed bills restricting the ability of state medical boards “to discipline doctors who advocate for or prescribe ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine for COVID.”

Doctors in California who spread misinformation about COVID-19 to their patients now face losing their license to practice medicine.

A controversial bill signed into law Friday by California Gov. Gavin Newsom is believed to be the first in the nation to punish doctors for giving patients false or misleading information about COVID-19 risks, vaccinations and treatments.

Under the new law, the Medical Board of California would determine if a doctor’s interactions with patients should be considered unprofessional conduct and, if so, what action is appropriate. Doctors could have their medical licenses suspended or even taken away.

Newsom told lawmakers he decided to sign the bill they passed in August “because it is narrowly tailored to apply only to those egregious instances in which a licensee is acting with malicious intent or clearly deviating from the required standard of care while interacting directly with a patient under their care.”

The bill, he pointed out, “does not apply to any speech outside of discussions directly related to COVID-19 treatment within a direct physician patient relationship,” such as social media posts or other public statements made by doctors.

California’s governor acknowledged he is “concerned about the chilling effect other potential laws may have on physicians and surgeons who need to be able to effectively talk to their patients about the risks and benefits of treatments for a disease that appeared in just the last few years.“

But Newsom also said he is “confident that discussing emerging ideas or treatments including the subsequent risks and benefits does not constitute misinformation or disinformation under this bill’s criteria,” noting that COVID-19 care “is rapidly evolving.”

California Governor Newsom Vowed in 2008 to End Homelessness in 10 Years, But It Has Gotten Worse!

California: Democrat Governor Newsom, who was the Mayor of San Francisco from 2004 to 2011, appeared in a video dating back to 2008 in which he stated that he had a 10-year plan to build more homes to end chronic homelessness in his city. However, homelessness has exploded across the entire state due to government funding of bureaucracies that profit from homelessness and other bad policies.

California has a homelessness problem that is serious enough to make many impoverished Third-World countries blush.

This is far from a new problem, even though the scale of the situation has only increased in recent years.

Gov. Gavin Newsom even appeared in a video touting his plan for solutions to the state’s biggest black eye — 14 years ago.

https://twitter.com/KevinForBOS/status/1573016230792871936?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1573016230792871936%7Ctwgr%5Eb0ee9a4602cb6b765d510d5ae91e68dd44095b60%7Ctwcon%5Es1_c10&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.westernjournal.com%2Fgavin-newsoms-confident-sharp-10-year-plan-end-homelessness-sounds-great-look-date-video%2F

The progressive corporatist was the mayor of San Francisco at the time.

In the video, Newsom outlined his solutions to the city’s problem with homelessness, pledging to build more housing. Housing shortages are continually cited as key to the unaffordable state’s homelessness crisis to this day.

In spite of an entire set of ever-growing local, state and federal programs, California’s homeless problem has only gotten discernibly worse, even as Newsom has ascended to higher office and continually been re-elected.

The United States Interagency Council on Homelessness has tallied a steadily increasing homeless population in the state since 2010.

3 California Courts Ruled Against Gov. Newsom and State Govt. COVID Business Lockdown Orders

Three California courts, in one week, ruled in favor of the people of California and the United States Constitution, against the government over state ordered COVID lockdowns. California courts are ruling that the government may have overstepped its authority when they followed Gavin Newsom’s shut down orders. The cases can move forward and begin discovery. The first case involves a church that was shut down, but Newsom overstepped his constitutional authority. The second case involves an Orange County nail salon; the 2nd court ruled that since Newsom picked which businesses were allowed to remain open in order to “flatten the curve,” the government may be liable for the damages those businesses suffered as a result of following the governor’s order. In the third case, the Tinhorn Flats restaurant alleges that it was targeted because it expressed its opposition to Newsom’s shutdown orders.

The third California court in a week has ruled in favor of the people of California and the United States Constitution, against the government over state ordered Covid lockdowns. California courts are ruling that the government may have overstepped its authority when they followed Gavin Newsom’s shut down orders, according to Constitutional Attorney and U.S. Senate candidate Mark Meuser. The cases can move forward and begin discovery.

The Globe spoke with Meuser about these three groundbreaking judicial decisions. “Any one of these cases is interesting,” Meuser told the Globe. “But three in one week is huge!”

Meuser said the in the San Jose Calvary Chapel case, the 1st court ruled that courts can’t sanction a church for refusing to shut down since it was later determined that Newsom overstepped his constitutional authority in shutting down churches. Meuser said the Governor and state government never had the authority to shut down churches.

In the Orange County nail salon case, the 2nd court ruled that since Newsom picked which businesses were allowed to remain open in order to “flatten the curve,” the government may be liable for the damages those businesses suffered as a result of following the governor’s order. Meuser said the nail salon lawsuit used the “commandeering law” to address when the government seizes a business. If government made the decision to use your property and fight the emergency, the government has to pay fair market value for it. When Gov. Newsom decided which businesses would be locked down and which were not, that was commandeering the locked down businesses.

Nail salons sued the governor in May 2020, the Globe reported. The Center for American Liberty and Dhillon Law Group, representing the Professional Beauty Federation of California, salon owner Rosie Ibarra and other salon owners, filed a lawsuit against California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Attorney General Xavier Becerra, California Public Health Officer Sonia Angel, and 12 members of the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, for violating the civil rights, right to due process, and the constitutional right to earn a living.

In the Los Angeles Tinhorn Flats restaurant case, a 3rd court ruled that businesses are allowed to sue the government for targeting them because they were vocal in opposing Newsom’s shutdown orders.

California Expands Medi-Cal to All Eligible Adults 50+ – Including Illegal Aliens

Governor Newsom’s office announced that “Starting on May 1, Medi-Cal, California’s health coverage program for low-income individuals and families, is extending eligibility for full coverage to more than 185,000 individuals who are 50 years of age or older, regardless of immigration status.” In addition, Newsom’s 2022-2023 budget proposes a major expansion to Medi-Cal, providing coverage to over 700,000 adults, age 26 to 49 who are illegal immigrants. Newsom is bankrupting California.

California expanded Medi-Cal to all eligible adults over the age of 50 – including illegal aliens.

“Starting on May 1, Medi-Cal, California’s health coverage program for low-income individuals and families, is extending eligibility for full coverage to more than 185,000 individuals who are 50 years of age or older, regardless of immigration status.” Governor Newsom’s office announced.

“We’re delivering concrete results for Californians, continuing to fulfill the promise of a Healthy California for All, and I encourage all those eligible to take advantage of these essential health services,” said Governor Newsom. “This is an investment in our people, our economy, and our future. But we’re not stopping there. California is on the path to expand Medi-Cal to all eligible Californians regardless of age or immigration status, providing the most comprehensive health coverage in the entire country.”

This is just the beginning.

In 2019, California extended health coverage to illegals 26 and under.

In 2021, California began covering illegals over the age of 55.

Newsom’s 2022-2023 budget proposes a major expansion to Medi-Cal which will expand coverage “to an estimated 700,000-plus adults ages 26 through 49 without satisfactory immigration status.”

CA Gov. Newsom and LA Mayor Garcetti Photographed  Violating Their Own Mask Policies

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Governor Gavin Newsom were caught posing for mask-less photos inside SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. San Francisco Mayor London Breed was also photographed without a mask. The photos sparked outrage from some critics who accused the officials of hypocrisy when the public is being told to follow state and county mask mandates. California children, including toddlers, are forced to wear masks in school. Jessica Millan Patterson, chair of the state Republican Party, said that Newsom’s “blatant and insulting disregard for his own COVID rules is a crystal clear sign that it’s time for his Draconian policies and state of emergency to go.” A number of state leaders called for health officials to reevaluate COVID-19 mask mandates, saying it should be up to the individual to decide when to wear one.

One day after Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Gov. Gavin Newsom were caught posing for mask-less photos inside SoFi Stadium, a number of state leaders called on Monday for health officials to reevaluate COVID-19 mask mandates, saying it should be up to the individual to decide when to wear one.

“Let’s do away with blanket COVID-19 masking policies — they don’t make a difference when they’re not consistently followed or enforced. We need to trust the public to make the best personal decisions for themselves based on their unique risks and circumstances,” Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger said in a statement.

Barger pointed to Sunday’s NFC Championship game at SoFi Stadium, noting there was inconsistent adherence to the mask-wearing requirement.

Most notably, Laker legend Earvin “Magic” Johnson on Sunday night posted a series of photos on Twitter taken that day at SoFi Stadium with mask-less officials and celebrities, including Garcetti, Newsom, San Francisco Mayor London Breed and actor Rob Lowe. Some people in the photos with Johnson — including Garcetti and Lowe — can be seen holding a mask in the photos.

The photos sparked outrage from some critics who accused the officials of hypocrisy when the public is being told to follow state and county mask mandates. Los Angeles County requires all attendees to wear masks at outdoor mega-events, like football games at SoFi Stadium. The state’s mask mandate requires people to wear masks at indoor areas of outdoor mega-events.

State Sen. Melissa Melendez, whose district encompasses large portions of Riverside County, posted a number of tweets in response to the photos.

“Toddlers are being forced to wear masks all day long in school,” she wrote. “Maybe one day they’ll be governor or the mayor of LA and they won’t have (to) follow the rules they impose on others.”

In another, which included a picture of Johnson and Newsom, Melendez wrote, “First, they said no one should be wearing a mask. And then, everyone must wear a mask. Then they recommended wearing 2 masks. And now, I guess they’re optional if ‘the spirit moves you.'”

CA Gov Newsom Announces ‘Operation Omicron’ Featuring Door to Door Visits and Buying Off Ethnic Media

This past weekend, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that the State was spending $2.7 billion on the so-called Covid emergency that is now coming up on 2 years old. $583 million of this campaign will focus on “Getting more Californians vaccinated and boosted, and combat misinformation.” The program will fund 250 local ethnic media outlets to promote vaccine propaganda. Another goal of the program is to increase enforcement of contact tracing, and provide “testing and isolation and quarantine services.” Meanwhile, politicians continue to claim that the “unvaccinated” are filling the hospitals right now.

As we previously reported back in December, the Government’s next major offensive against the American people and the “unvaxxed” is Operation Omicron, where they have already announced that there will be massive casualties, all blamed on the “unvaccinated.” See:

Operation Omicron: The Globalists are Preparing for Mass Murder in the Weeks Ahead

This past weekend, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that the State was spending $2.7 BILLION for this offensive in California in what is called a  “COVID-19 Emergency Response Package” for an “emergency” that is now coming up on 2 years old.

$583 million of this military campaign will focus on “Getting more Californians vaccinated and boosted, and combat misinformation.”

This apparently includes taking over local ethnic media outlets that are not yet spewing out the same lies that the corporate propaganda media is broadcasting.

Continue the “Vaccinate all 58” public education campaign to provide reliable information and build vaccine confidence while combating misinformation, all of which is in partnership with 250 ethnic media outlets.

They also will hire many workers to conduct “door-to-door canvassing, phone banking and texting.” Then they will vaccinate and test people directly in their homes.

In-home vaccination and testing programs to meet Californians where they’re at. Provide free transportation to vaccination appointments throughout the state to help get more Californians vaccinated and boosted.

They will also increase their efforts to enforce contact tracing, and provide “testing and isolation and quarantine services.”

And once they increase the testing and vaccinations in the State which we know now will create many more people with COVID-19 vaccine injuries such as blood clotting and heart disease, these people will start filling the over-crowded hospitals that are short staffed, but they will blame all of this on the unvaccinated.

The President & CEO of the California Hospital Association, Carmela Coyle, states:

We commend the Governor for taking these decisive actions to help protect the health and well-being of local communities through the expansion of vaccines, testing, and booster shots and efforts to combat misinformation that has caused unnecessary deaths and illness.

Read the full press release from the Office of the Governor of California here.

This is now the “Big Lie” in the Operation Omicron campaign, that all these deaths are caused by the “unvaccinated,” and if you think that you can escape all this because you live in a “Red” State, you are being fooled.

Donald Trump and other Republican leaders have been given this script as well, and they will implement it all while stating that “We don’t think it should be mandated though….”

But all of them, including Trump and DeSantis, have said publicly that the “unvaccinated” are filling the hospitals right now, which is the Big Lie
