United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby said, “We have committed that 50% of the [Aviator Academy] classes will be women or people of color. And by the way, from all the data I’ve seen, that’s the highest of any airline in the country.” He admitted to a diversity quota that suggests United Airlines is hiring based on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) rather than safety and merit.

Oklahoma Governor Signs Executive Order Effectively Banning DEI In All State Institutions

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt signed Executive Order 2023-31, effectively banning diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) bureaucracies in state institutions, including schools for higher learning. Standing in front of a podium which read “DEFUNDING DISCRIMINATION”, Stitt announced: “In Oklahoma, we’re going to encourage equal opportunity, rather than promising equal outcomes.” A critic of DEi said that discriminatory DEI programming has done damage on college campuses by fomenting division between students, eroding free speech rights, threatening academic freedom, and bloating school bureaucracies, which in turn drives up tuition costs.

Following the meltdown on Capitol Hill by “Ivy League” Presidents from Harvard, MIT and Penn, on Wednesday of this week Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt signed Executive Order 2023-31, effectively banning diversity, equity and inclusion bureaucracies in state institutions.

Standing in front of a podium which read “DEFUNDING DISCRIMINATION”, Stitt announced: “In Oklahoma, we’re going to encourage equal opportunity, rather than promising equal outcomes.”

“Encouraging our workforce, economy, and education systems to flourish means shifting focus away from exclusivity and discrimination, and toward opportunity and merit. We’re taking politics out of education and focusing on preparing students for the workforce,” he said at a press conference.

According to the Governor’s office, the order says that state agencies and institutions for higher education shall not utilize state funds, property, or resources to:

  1. Grant or support diversity, equity, and inclusion positions, departments, activities, procedures, or programs to the extent they grant preferential treatment based on one person’s particular race, color, sex, ethnicity, or national origin over another’s;
  2. mandate any person to participate in, listen to, or receive any education, training, activities, procedures, or programming to the extent such education, training, activity, or procedure grants preferences based on one person’s particular race, color, sex, ethnicity, or national origin over another’s;
  3. mandate any person swear, certify, or agree to any loyalty oath that favors or prefers one particular race, color, sex, ethnicity, or national origin over another;
  4. mandate any person to certify or declare agreement with, recognition of, or adherence to, any particular political, philosophical, religious, or other ideological viewpoint;
  5. mandate any applicant for employment provide a diversity, equity, and inclusion statement or give any applicant for employment preferential consideration based on the provision of such a diversity, equity, and inclusion statement; or
  6. mandate any person to disclose their pronouns.

Patrice Onwuka, director of Independent Women’s Forum’s Center for Economic Opportunity, commented: “As a nation, we strive for equality of opportunity to give every young person a chance at achieving their American Dream. Race, ethnicity, gender, and heritage should not be used to discriminate against any person. Swiss Writer who Called Journalist ‘Fat Lesbian’ Is Sentenced to 60 Days in Prison

Alain Soral, a Franco-Swiss ideologue, essayist, filmmaker and commentator, was sentenced by a Swiss court to 60 days in jail for calling journalist Catherine Macherel a “fat lesbian” and saying that because she is a “queer activist” she is “unhinged”. He was convicted for multiple offenses, including discrimination, defamation, and incitement to hatred. In addition to the prison time, Soral was ordered to pay legal fees and fines totaling thousands of Swiss francs. In 2020, Swiss voters approved a measure that made it illegal to discriminate against people on the basis of sexual orientation. Soral’s lawyer said the case aimed to probe whether a person had “sinned against the dogmas of single thought” and called it a “crime of opinion.”

A court in Switzerland sentenced a writer and commentator to 60 days in jail for calling a journalist a “fat lesbian,” and the decision is being lauded by LGBTQ+ groups.

On Monday, French-Swiss polemicist Alain Bonnet, who goes by Alain Soral, was sentenced by the Lausanne court for the crimes of defamation, discrimination and incitement to hatred after he criticized Catherine Macherel, a journalist for Swiss newspapers Tribune de Geneve and 24 Heures, in a Facebook video two years ago.

“This court decision is an important moment for justice and rights of LGBTQI people in Switzerland,” said Murial Waeger, co-director of a lesbian activist group. “The conviction of Alain Soral is a strong signal that homophobic hatred cannot be tolerated in our society.”

In addition to the prison time, Soral was subsequently ordered to pay legal fees and fines totaling thousands of Swiss francs.

Soral’s sentencing came after he called Macherel a “fat lesbian,” criticized her work as a “queer activist” and said she was “unhinged” in a social media video, according to Swiss public broadcaster RTS

How Business Giants Get Lower Interest Rates for Meeting Diversity Quotas

Many prominent businesses are now writing racial and gender quotas into their credit agreements with banks, tying the cost of borrowing to the companies’ workforce diversity. If the business achieves its diversity targets that are based on race and gender, it won’t have to pay as much interest on the loans it takes out; if it falls short, it is required to pay more. Companies that do not participate in diversity program discounts will pay higher interest. Critics are concerned that this is a form of blatant discrimination that will harm consumers, credit markets, and the rule of law. The result—if nobody sues—is a win-win for both lender and borrower. Some banks have also factored in ESG (environmental, social and governance) considerations, such as a borrower’s carbon footprint. The losers are innovators, pensioners, and the consumers, who will bear the costs of a distorted market.

Amid an uptick in race-conscious hiring programs throughout corporate America, many prominent businesses are now writing racial and gender quotas into their credit agreements with banks, tying the cost of borrowing to the companies’ workforce diversity, a Washington Free Beacon analysis found.

The businesses that have struck such agreements include the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, the consulting groups Ernst & Young and AECOM, insurers Prudential and Definity Financial, private equity firms BlackRock and the Carlyle Group, the technology company Trimble, and the telecommunications giant Telefónica.

Over the past two years, each of those companies has secured a lending agreement, known as a credit facility, that links the interest rate charged by banks to the company’s internal diversity targets, creating a financial incentive to meet them. If the business achieves its targets, it won’t have to pay as much interest on the loans it takes out; if it falls short, it is required to pay more.

Under the terms of BlackRock’s $4.4 billion credit facility, for example, Wells Fargo will lower the firm’s interest rate by 0.05 percent if it hits two benchmarks—a 30 percent increase in the share of black and Hispanic employees by 2024, and a 3 percent increase in the share of female executives each year—or hike the rate by the same amount if it misses both.

The agreements, which typically involve multiple banks, are effectively credit cards for businesses: Rather than make a onetime loan, lenders extend a continuous line of credit that companies can dip into at will, either to cover operating costs or as a rainy day fund for emergencies. That means changes in a facility’s interest rate—even modest ones like BlackRock’s 0.05 percent diversity adjustment—can have an appreciable effect on a business’s bottom line.

Companies have advertised these agreements as proof of their progressive bona fides. Trimble CEO Rob Painter, for example, said the company’s credit facility—which conditions interest rates on the percentage of female employees—illustrates Trimble’s “commitment” to “gender diversity in the workplace.” In press releases announcing their own credit facilities, executives at BlackRock, Prudential, and Definity say the agreements demonstrate their commitment to “accountability.”

But critics see something far more sinister: a form of blatant discrimination that will harm consumers, credit markets, and the rule of law.

“If a bank penalized a company’s credit rating because it had too many women or was too racially diverse, we would be appalled,” said one senior government regulator, who managed a nine-figure credit facility as a lawyer in private practice. “This is the exact same thing, except the penalized target is white men.”

The credit contracts will divert resources away from consumers, critics say, and toward diversity initiatives, where the promise of discounted loans will encourage the use of illegal hiring quotas. They will also hurt companies that don’t negotiate a diversity discount on their loans, because those firms will face higher borrowing costs than their competitors—a dynamic that could steer entire industries toward race-conscious policies.

“Let’s say Wells Fargo will loan to BlackRock at 1 percent if it meets diversity quotas, and the market interest rate is 5 percent,” said Will Hild, the executive director of Consumers’ Research. “Every other company that has to borrow at 5 percent is now at a disadvantage vis-à-vis BlackRock. So other companies will have to follow BlackRock’s lead, or they will go out of business, because BlackRock will be able to subsidize its products through Wells Fargo.”

Today, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) quietly ended its policy of differentiating within COVID-19 prevention guidance between those who have received Covid vaccines and those who have not.

CDC’s COVID-19 prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person’s vaccination status because breakthrough infections occur, though they are generally mild, and persons who have had COVID-19 but are not vaccinated have some degree of protection against severe illness from their previous infection.

Both prior infection and vaccination confer some protection against severe illness, and so it really makes the most sense to not differentiate with our guidance or our recommendations based on vaccination status at this time.

Someone might want to tell the millions of workers who lost their jobs, the millions of students who received injections out of anticipation for school mandates, and the millions of law-abiding citizens who have been, and often continue to be, excluded from everyday life activities and basic medical care due to their unwillingness to show proof that they received an mRNA shot they neither wanted nor needed, a differentiation that the CDC now admits does not make sense. Dane Donaldson was found to be a perfect donor match for his son Tanner back in 2018 before the pandemic began.

Knowing that transplanted kidneys from live donors only last for about 20 years, the family decided to delay the procedure.

Now the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital is refusing to perform the operation because the father is unjabbed.

“Individuals who are actively infected with COVID-19 have a much higher rate of complications during and after surgery, even if the infection is asymptomatic,” the hospital said in a statement.

Donaldson works in the insurance business and refused to get vaccinated for religious reasons and because he has seen a large number of clients becoming critically ill after receiving it.

“I asked them in that car accident victim, would you vaccinate him on the way to the hospital to rip his kidney out and they said ‘no’,” Donaldson told The Epoch Times.

“A live donor is the best donor for kidneys,” he added. “But they’ll take a kidney from a deceased person not vaccinated, it makes no sense.”

The father has promised to sign a waiver protecting the hospital from liability should he or his son get COVID, but the clinic still refuses to perform the operation.

The onerous new measures were announced by NT Chief Minister Michael Gunner in response to the detection of 256 new cases of COVID-19, including 27 cases of community transmission.

“The fully vaccinated can continue as they were. For people who are not vaccinated, lockdown rules will apply to everyone aged 16 and above,” Mr Gunner said.

The unvaccinated will be banned from traveling further than 30km from their home unless they’re traveling to hospital.

Gunner said that unjabbed Aussies in the region will be forbidden from taking an hour of outdoor exercise and won’t be allowed to travel to their job.

“Unlike previous lockdown rules, unvaccinated people will not be able to leave home to go to work or for exercise,” he asserted.

Colorado: Hospital System Says it Will Deny Transplants to Unvaccinated People

Colorado Springs: UCHealth system says it is denying organ transplants to patients not vaccinated against the coronavirus in “almost all situations,” citing studies that show these patients are much more likely to die if they get Covid-19. Leilani Lutali has a willing donor, but they are both unvaccinated, a policy UCHealth won’t budge on. Lutali received the below letter last week stating that she was placed as inactive on the waiting list and if she would refuse the COVID-19 vaccination then she would be removed from the kidney transplant list altogether.

Lutali said she’s glad by sharing her story that it’s bringing a light to this situation and hopes it helps others in the process. She told FOX21 News that she’s heard from other patients who have been refused necessary surgeries because they can’t get vaccinated.

“I have too many questions that remain unanswered at this point,” Lutali said. “I feel like I’m being coerced into not being able to wait and see and I have to take the shot if I want this life-saving transplant.”

Lutali’s in desperate need of a transplant since she’s in stage 5 of Chronic Kidney Disease which means her kidney is functioning at 14%.

“If I’m not allowed to get a transplant basically my life is in jeopardy,” Lutali added.

Illinois House Passes a Bill Requiring Women, African-Americans on Corporate Boards




The Illinois House of Representatives passed a bill mandating that all publicy-traded companies headquartered in the state must have a woman and an African American sitting on their corporate boards by 2021. Another Hat Crime: Bus Aide Snatches Trump Hat Off 14-Year Old Student’s Head


Florida: A school bus aide allegedly yanked a Trump hat off of a 14-year old student’s head who was celebrating hat day at his school while other students were allowed to wear their different hats. The school will not allow the student’s mother to see the video of the incident until after the school district completed its investigation. The bus aide apologized and admitted she overreacted. Trump supporters have been dealing with confrontations and even assault from leftists since his presidential campaign began in 2015.

A school bus aide allegedly yanked a Trump hat off a 14-year-old student’s head who was celebrating hat day and his “pride in Trump’s America.”

Immediately after boarding the bus, the aide shouted “boy, if you
don’t take that hat off this bus,” according to surveillance footage
that is part of the incident’s investigation.

“I was really confused, I was like ‘I can’t wear this?’” Said the student. “She, like, threatened me with a referral and threatened to turn the bus around.”

“I said ‘write me up, I didn’t do anything wrong,’ and then she yanked my hat off. It was crazy.”
