Congressional Staffer Says Members of Congress Are Blackmailed Following Sex Parties

Titus Warren worked for Republican Congressman Bruce Westerman as a legal aid in 2023. Titus is a secret Democrat who has worked in the Republican camp. He was secretly recorded by James O’Keefe. When asked how Republican constituents might respond to his viewpoints, Titus said, “If they do [care], they can kiss the crack of my ass because I don’t care.” Titus unwittingly provided good intel on the inner workings of Congress and how members of both parties are coerced to vote a certain way through what the he called a vote “suggestion.” But these so-called suggestions aren’t suggestions at all; they are ways of blackmailing members of Congress who have engaged in affairs on their spouses or downright sex parties with other members, according to Titus. There is a group chat sponsored by the Democrat and Republican parties before a vote and the parties tell Congressmen how to vote.

Former Republican New York Congressman George Santos said that a former staffer revealed that there was rampant sexual activity between staffers in “the cages” that members of Congress use for storage in the basement of each house office building. Santos reported the activity to the House Sergeant at Arms who ignored the warming. When O’Keefe asked how the blackmail of Congress members and voting corruption could be stopped, Santos said that the Chiefs of Staff and the legislative directors are literally in bed with everyone and everything around them. And they’re the ones wielding power and making voting recommendations to their members.

O’Keefe Media Group Reported:

O’Keefe Media Group founder James O’Keefe has discovered that nothing is as it seems when it comes to Congress Members’ voting patterns, the staffers they hire, or their activity outside of Congress.

Meet Titus Warren, a Democrat working for Republicans in Congress. These Republicans do not care about Warren’s political views or the potential of him tipping off the other side. In fact, Titus states that he “loves” Nancy Pelosi and believes that Donald Trump “needs to die.”

Still, his employers don’t seem to care how he thinks. While Titus says he keeps these details to himself, he is “sure” that his boss knows his political views, considering the fact that a photo of Nancy Pelosi sits proudly on Titus’ desk.

“Every time I see her, or we run into each other, you know, sometimes I’ll even go into her office, then I’ll just go in her candy bowl,” said Titus before confirming that Pelosi knows him and “loves” him as he “loves” her.

Titus also boasted that he gets to attend “a lot of embassies and a lot of events at the White House” and that he loves Joe Biden.

When asked how Republican constituents might respond to his viewpoints, Titus said, “If they do [care], they can kiss the crack of my ass because I don’t care.”

What’s worse is that most Congressmen in D.C. don’t actually think for themselves but rely on staffers like Titus and their advisors to guide them in decision-making. Or they rely on outside influences, such as blackmail, which uses their sexual wrongdoings while “serving” the American people.

Titus was able to provide us with good intel on the inner workings of Congress and how members of both parties are coerced to vote a certain way through what he called a vote “suggestion.” But these so-called suggestions aren’t suggestions at all; they are much more nefarious ways of blackmailing members of Congress who have engaged in affairs on their spouses or downright sex parties with other members, according to Titus. “There’s a lot of things that I see with my own eyes,” he told James O’Keefe.

“Madison Cawthorn wasn’t lying neither,” said Titus as he explained that most Congress Members are married, but “they have affairs with other congresspeople… And they have like parties and stuff.” Titus then confirmed that these alleged parties get “hot and heavy.”

Though he said he’s never gone to one of these parties or been invited, Titus contends “that is a fact” and an open secret. “It happens a lot more than people think,” he noted before telling us that he thought it was a fiction or a “joke” before he began working in Congress.

“A majority of members that come late are 9/10 times hungover from the [sex parties] the night before,” Titus added.

These parties are then used to gain leverage over the officials to pressure them to vote for the Swamp’s preferred policy and against unfavorable policy.

But this leverage is not only used to change votes in Congress. It seemingly applies to election season, too, as Titus explains, “If you ever run for office, and you’ve been where I am, you would use that as leverage to win your campaign.”

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Madison Cawthorn revealed in March 2022 that he was invited to a “sexual get-together” or an “orgy” at a D.C. elite’s home. He also alleged that “some of the people leading on the movement to try and remove addiction in our country” were often doing cocaine right in front of him. This caused a stir within the House of Representatives. Cawthorn was then smeared as a liar, threatened with consequences by then-Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, and removed from Congress in the next election.

We reached out to Madison Cawthorn for his reaction to Titus’ bombshell assertions:

CAWTHORN: “Well, I mean, I’ve never been to a party like this; I got invited to them. My instant reaction to that is, you know, especially the blackmail piece that it seemed like this individual was talking about in this piece, that’s something that I experienced firsthand. It’s kind of a laden threat. It’s kind of just an understood thing in Washington. It’s not something that’s ever really said to you, but it’s well known that people can always have leverage points on you.”

“People only want to put you in compromising situations so that they can have leverage over you so they can control your vote.”

Titus said the media either does not know about this blackmail scheme or “they’re not allowed to run these stories.” It would seem more likely the latter.

Titus further related this sexual conduct in Congress to former Democrat Staffer Aidan Maese-Czeropski, who was terminated by Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) after the staffer’s hardcore gay sex tape filmed in the Hart Senate Office Building surfaced. “That actually did not happen the day it came out,” said Titus, indicating that the sex tape was filmed months earlier and used as leverage against Senator Cardin or Aidan Maese-Czeropski.

When asked if he feels guilty about what he sees in Congress or being a secret Democrat working in a Republican office, Titus responded, “I get my check, and I’m good,” while stipulating his lust for buying expensive items such as Louis Vuitton handbags and fashion accessories from other high-end stores likeChanel.

“All my money that I’m saving now is for me to go to the Hamptons every weekend of the Summer.” While shopping at Burberry and David Yurman, two high-end fashion stores in Washington, D.C., Titus told us more about the D.C. sex parties, saying, “It’s not a conspiracy.” He continued, “It most definitely happens. And It’s normal.”

Surprisingly, when asked outside of the jewelry store, David Yurman, Titus did not recognize James O’Keefe or realize that everything he told us was being recorded.

Republican Congressman Says DC Elites Invited Him to Secret Sex Orgies

Republican Congressman Madison Cawthorne, 25, revealed during an interview that elites in DC invited him to secret sex orgies at their private homes. Cawthorne also revealed how some of the same lawmakers who are “leading on the movement to try and remove addiction in our country” are doing drugs at such parties. He said that lawmakers get bullied into making compromises because powerful entities get “leverage” over them by collecting and weaponizing dirt on their personal lives.

Republican Congressman Madison Cawthorn revealed during an interview that elites in DC invited him to secret sex orgies at their private homes.

Yes, really.

The host of the Warrior Poet Society podcast brought up the rampant corruption of Washington DC as portrayed in the Netflix show House of Cards.

Rep. Cawthorn agreed that the show was closer to a documentary than a work of fiction.

“The sexual perversion that goes on in Washington,” he responded, before going ton to reveal how older politicians attempted to recruit him to join their weird sex clubs.

Trump said, “Israel Literally Owned Congress” and “Rightfully” Had Power over Congress

During an interview, former President Trump said that Israel, a foreign country, “literally owned Congress” about 10 to 15 years ago, but has lost power. He further stated, “I mean it’s just amazing, I’ve never seen such a change and we’re not talking about over a very long period of time but I think you know exactly what I what I’m saying they had such power Israel had such power and rightfully over Congress and now it doesn’t.” While he was still president, Trump repeatedly stated that Israel — not oil — was the “one reason” the US must remain in the Middle East.

Ron Paul Says Congressmen Have to Sell Their Souls to Get Ahead in Politics

Former US Congressman, Ron Paul, says that Congressmen must sell their souls to have influence in government. He explains that, when he was in office, if he had wanted to be the chairman of the Banking Committee, for example, he would be expected to raise $5 to $10 million for the party. This money would come from the military industry and other special interest groups. To get that money, he would have to kowtow to their business interests. There are hundreds of thousands of government and military-weapons employees who are required to sign NSA and CIA secrecy agreements. If they blow the whistle on any of this, they can be put in prison. That is how the Deep State stays in power. In that way, the government becomes the servant of unelected rulers. Members of Congress Who Settle Sexual Harassment Claims Will Now Have to Pay Out of Pocket

Under the new rules, members of Congress who have been accused of sexual misconduct will pay for all out-of-court settlements out of pocket, and there will be a maximum cap of $300,000 on members who are found liable in court-awarded judgments.  Currently, settlements are paid through taxpayer-funded accounts members use to pay for office salaries and expenses.  All settlements and awards involving members would be made public at the time of the settlement, and an annual review would be released to the public.  Representative Jackie Speier, who introduced the legislation, said the bill was in response to a letter from 1,500 former staff members of Congress who made the case that sexual harassment in Congress was a huge problem.  The Office of Compliance indicated that it has paid victims more than $17 million since its creation in the 1990s; there were 260 settlements made not only for sexual harassment, but also discrimination and other cases.

Congressional negotiators have reached an agreement to overhaul the system for handling accusations of sexual misconduct against members, including a requirement that members pay out of pocket for some settlements and court judgments.

“For too long, victims of sexual harassment in Congress have been forced into a process that lacks transparency and accountability, and fails them at a time when they need the most support,” said Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., a lead negotiator on the bill. “Our bipartisan, bicameral legislation — which we expect to pass in the coming days — will overhaul this broken process, ensure victims can immediately seek justice, and hold Members of Congress accountable.”

The deal comes after nearly a yearlong standoff between the House and the Senate over member liability and other issues in the bill. Senate rules committee Chairman Roy Blunt, R-Mo., the chief GOP negotiator in the Senate, says he expects the bill will pass the Senate this week to ensure staffers are better-protected when a new Congress begins in January.

“We’ll do it as quickly as we can,” Blunt said. “No other employer in America would deal with this issue this way. We have here a level of exposure that you wouldn’t have if you worked anywhere else.”

Blunt says the bill is a compromise between the House legislation, which would have made members liable for all settlements, and the Senate bill, which included caps on how much members would have to pay out of their own pockets.

Under the new rules, member liability would be capped in cases where a court assesses damages, but there would be no cap when cases end in settlements, Blunt said. Currently, settlements are paid through taxpayer-funded accounts members use to pay for office salaries and expenses.

Under the agreement, there would be a maximum cap of $300,000 on member liability for court-awarded judgments in certain cases, according to aides familiar with the legislation.

Rand Paul Reveals that Congress Seeks to Give President ‘Unlimited’ Dictatorial Power for War

Rand Paul says Congress is seeking to hand over to the President its power to declare war. If successful, Congress would only be able to disapprove of war, which turns the Constitution on its head! Furthermore, any resolution of disapproval could be vetoed by the President, meaning that two thirds of Congress would need to disapprove of a war, rather than a majority to approve of one, as the Constitution states.

“The Congress shall have Power To . . . provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States.”
—U.S. Constitution, Article I, section 8, clause 1

Like many powers articulated in the U.S. Constitution, Congress’ authority to declare war was revolutionary in its design, as the founders saw the atrocities carried out by centralized heads of states like kings and queens and set out to prevent them. The Constitution was a clear break from the past when a handful of European monarchs controlled the continent’s ability to tax, make law, and wage war.

The framers of the Constitution—reluctant to repeat history and delegate massive influence in the hands of too few—denied the office of the President the authority to go to war unilaterally. If America was going to survive as a republic, the founders declared, acts of war required careful debate in open forums among the public’s representatives—the exact opposite of what we have today.

The founders knew of the tendency of the executive branch to always seek war, so they built in checks to prevent it. Over the past two decades, however, this has dramatically changed as the office of the president has been given increasingly more power to wage war—because 9/11.

Even more ominous though, according to Rand Paul, there is a concerted effort by the Congress to deal a death blow to what little accountability they have left to stop a dictator president from waging unlimited war on a whim. It is called the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF).

In an oped this week, Senator Paul explained how instead of Congress reclaiming its authority to prevent unlimited war, it is going to codify the unacceptable, unconstitutional status quo.

“It is clear upon reading the AUMF, put forward by Senators Tim Kaine and Bob Corker, that it gives nearly unlimited power to this or any other president to be at war whenever he or she wants, with minimal justification and no prior specific authority,” wrote Paul.

As Paul explains:

That isn’t an AUMF. That isn’t Congress reclaiming its constitutional duties. That’s a complete rewriting of the role of the executive and of the constitutional separation of powers.

The new Kaine/Corker AUMF declares war on at least the following places and people: the Taliban, al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, ISIS anywhere, al-Shabaab in Somalia and elsewhere, al-Qaeda in Syria, al-Nusra in Syria, the Haqqani network in Pakistan and Afghanistan, al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, in Niger, Algeria, Libya, and Nigeria, and associated forces (as defined by the president) around the globe.

That is simply breathtaking. Previous AUMFs have never included “associated forces,” and with good reason. Yet the Kaine/Corker AUMF not only codifies military action against those associated forces, but by conservative estimates authorizes war in over 20 nations.

With the passage of the new AUMF, Congress essentially removes itself from the equation in declaring war and waging attacks on sovereign nations. As it stands currently, the War Powers Act limits use of force by the executive with the exception of a national emergency or an imminent attack. To those who’ve been watching the US wage endless war in the Middle East with no Congressional oversight since 9/11, we’ve seen how terrible the War Powers Act has been at preventing the cancerous growth of the military-industrial complex.
