Within Days of Macron’s ‘Stolen’ Re-Election, France Rolled Out Digital ID

Emmanuel Macron was re-elected as the President of France, despite being very unpopular and evidence of election fraud. Within two days of Macron’s victory, France introduced an app, the “Digital Identity Guarantee Service” (“SGIN”), that will include last name, first name, date of birth, photograph, postal address and e-mail address. The SGIN will connect to Twitter, Facebook or any other social exchange platform. Critics believe the app will be used as a tool for social control similar to China’s social credit program. The French government previously admitted that the use of a “vaccine passport” was in fact a “disguised” vaccine mandate intended to make it difficult for non-vaccinated people to function in society and bend the people to the government’s will. The European Union as a whole is planning to introduce their digital identity application sometime this year.

Despite obvious resistance, within days of Emmanuel Macron’s re-election, France began progressing with the fourth dose of Covid injections for everyone and introduced a “digital identity assurance” app.

The European Union (“EU”) as a whole is planning to introduce their digital identity application sometime this year to enable people to enjoy the “greater flexibility ideal for post-pandemic life.”

However, a mere two days after his victory over Marine Le Pen, Macron launched a new law compliant with Brussels’ demands – the creation of the “Digital Identity Guarantee Service” (“SGIN”) which will allow French citizens to have a digital identity card in compliance with the EU Commission’s European Digital Identity package.

The move sparked the fury of Les Patriotes leader Florian Philippot who called on French voters to fight against the new legislation, he tweeted:

“Just after the election, the government announces the launch of ‘a digital identity application’!  The goal: to put social credit in the Chinese way. control and surveillance company!  Let’s totally reject this application and fight by any means!”

And other French citizens also took to Twitter to voice their disapproval:

“One more step towards absolute control of citizens.”

“It’s all starting to get very dystopian… The SGIN to connect to Twitter, Facebook or any other social exchange platform.”

“What is optional and trivial at the beginning will be essential and cumbersome in the long term. Resist!”

“In France for the moment, soon the same everywhere.”

Chinese People Kneel before Authorities to Get their Vaccine Passports Scanned

Video appears to show compliant Chinese people kneeling and waiting in line for the government to check their phones to ensure they are vaccinated and have a vaccine passport that is up to date. The video was allegedly recorded in Jinan City in Shandong Province on April 1, and it has so far been viewed over 450,000 times. Another video from the same source that was posted last December shows Chinese authorities carrying guns at vaccine passport checkpoints.

Chinese citizens were captured on camera kneeling, waiting to be checked for their compliance with the country’s vaccine passport requirements.

Newsweek reported on the video:

A video appearing to show Chinese citizens kneeling in the street while their vaccine passports are scanned has gone viral.

The footage was allegedly recorded in Jinan City in Shandong Province on April 1, and it has so far been viewed over 450,000 times.

China is going all-in again with COVID lockdowns and fear-mongering. Compliant Chinese are seen kneeling waiting in line for what appears to be a check by the government to ensure they are vaccinated and have a vaccine passport that is up to date.

New Digital Driver’s License Set to Include Your Vaccine Status, Travel Records and Social Credit Score

A new Digital Drivers License is currently in the works in Utah and other states. The program lists items that can be tracked or added later, and includes vaccine records, financial reports credit scores, travel records, taxes, spending, voting, sex offeder status, dietary preferences, licenses and permits, background checks, rewards programs and social credit scoring. This is the Chinese model for totalitarianism.

The program will include your driver’s license info and your COVID-19 status.  This will be tracked by the government and available to government employees.

A TGP reader sent this to us this morning–
The program may also include the following information in the future:

** Your health records
** Your financial reports
** Credit scores
** Travel records
** Vehicle registration
** Spending
** Voting
** Sex offender status
** Licenses and Permits you have
** Parking Fines
** Social Credit Scoring

This will be the end of individual rights as we know it.
Don’t count on the fickle Supreme Court to help you. If the totalitarians are able to implement this you will no longer have any rights in America. It is the China model at work here in the US and the globalists LOVE it.

Mississippi is also discussing the Mobile ID program.

China Launches New App Allowing Citizens to Report Others For Expressing “Mistaken Opinions”

As the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party (CPP) approaches, the government proudly unveiled with authorities calling on users to play an “active role” in helping to identify “malicious people distorting facts and confusing” others. China’s social credit score system already bans low-ranking people from renting a home, using buses, planes and trains, loans, private schools for their children and engaging in other basic functions of society. The system rewards its prisoners who guard the other prisoners. In the west, social media mobs have led to people being socially ostracized by public shaming, being deplatformed and left unemployed for expressing “mistaken opinions.”

China’s Communist government has launched a new app that encourages citizens to report dissidents for expressing “mistaken opinions” on the Internet.

The new platform will target anyone who criticizes the dictatorship’s ruling CCP, disputes the official version of the country’s history or engages in “misinformation.”

The new website and app was proudly unveiled by China’s Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), with authorities calling on users to play an “active role” in helping to identify “malicious people distorting facts and confusing” others.

“For a while now, some people with ulterior motives…have spread historically nihilistic false statements online, maliciously distorting, slandering and denying Party, national and military history in an attempt to confuse people’s thinking,” the announcement said.

“We hope that most internet users will play an active role in supervising society…and enthusiastically report harmful information.”

Orange County Govt. Backs Down from Requiring Vaccine Passports, But Will Keep Vaccine Records for Businesses to Implement System

California: Orange County was set to roll out its pilot digital vaccine passport program using the Othena vaccine scheduling app to track vaccines and testing credentials that may be used to restrict interactions including travel, attractions, conferences/meetings, concerts, sports, school and more. Peggy Hall led 200 people who attended the OC Supervisors’ meeting to speak out against the vaccine passport that could easily expand to emulate China’s social credit system. She said that the county government backed down from their plan to implement the vaccine passport system, however, the new plan is for businesses to discriminate against people’s health status if they reject vaccines, which is illegal.

California’s Orange County plans to launch a pilot program for digital CCP virus vaccine and testing passports, according to health officials.

The vaccine and testing credentialing arrangement will be rolled out sometime in April, Orange County Health Care Agency officials said on Twitter.

“The Digital Passport enables individuals to participate safely and with peace of mind in activities that involve interactions with other people, including travel, attractions, conferences/meetings, concerts, sports, school and more,” officials added.

While details are scant about how the digital vaccine passport would work, the Orange County health agency’s director and health officer, Dr. Clayton Chau, told the O.C. Register that the county’s existing Othena vaccine scheduling app could be modified to include a credentialing feature.

The Othena app is being used to schedule vaccine appointments at the county’s mass inoculation sites, including at Disneyland.

Chau also told the outlet that printed cards could be issued for use by people who don’t use smartphones.

California Public Health Officer Dr. Tomás Aragón said last week that there are currently no plans to create a state-level vaccination passport system, although health officials are looking into formulating standards and guidelines around the use of such credentials, KTLA reported.

Aragón said that if federal authorities “don’t move fast enough” with developing such guidelines, “we will come up with technical standards that will be expected—really focusing on making sure that privacy is protected and that equity is protected.”

It comes amid controversy over vaccine passport-style systems, which have been proposed in some countries, and as some U.S. states and regions have either considered their adoption or moved forward with their deployment.

Hawaii Gov. David Ige’s latest emergency proclamation includes a plan for vaccine passports that would allow travelers to avoid quarantine and COVID-19 testing. While there is no timeline for its adoption and it still needs approval by the director of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, Lt. Gov. Josh Green told Hawaii News Now that the plan is to launch a pilot for inter-island travel by May 1.

New York state has also rolled out its “Excelsior Pass” system that would require people to show that they have been vaccinated when trying to enter certain events and locations.

US Universities are Creating Social-Credit Coronavirus Surveillance Systems

Researchers at the University of Southern California, Emory University, and the University of Texas Health Science Center are working on a tracking system, after receiving federal funding to complete the task by August. The Chinese-inspired system will consist of a mobile app for contact-tracing people who either have tested positive or who may have been in contact with someone who may have suspicious symptoms – and that includes just about everyone. The system will track real-time locations and behavior of everyone and will calculate “personal risk scores”. Those with low scores will be quarantined and denied employment. China’s system is used to monitor people’s social and political behavior to deny travel and jobs to those who do not obey. -GEG

Three US universities are responding to the coronavirus crisis by creating (irony of all ironies) a Chinese style social credit surveillance system that will ‘score’ people based on their exposure to the virus.

According to a report from Tech site dot.LA, researchers at the University of Southern California, Emory University, and the University of Texas Health Science Center are jointly working on the system after receiving federal grant funding.

Like the Chinese social credit system, the system will consist of a mobile app for contact tracing the virus, and promises to track the real-time location and symptoms of individuals to calculate “personal risk scores”.

The score would be used to determine the need “for quarantine and decontamination,” according to the report, with “aggregate risk scores” also assigned to “locations like your neighborhood grocery store.”

The universities hope to have a working mobile app by August, in time for the start of the fall semester.

Welcome to the new normal. Surely the fallout of this system will all be positive.

When the coronavirus vaccine eventually comes along the system will presumably be updated to show who has had it and who hasn’t.

High social credit points for those who have taken it, no travel privileges for those who refuse!

Leaked Memo Reveals How Democrats Plan to Takeover the Internet

Reason revealed that Senate Democrats are planning to takeover the Internet using EU-style data ‘protection’ laws.  A document entitled ‘Potential Policy Proposals for Regulation of Social Media and Technology Firms,’ written by Senator Mark Warner (D-VA), includes mandates for identity verification, location identification, and bot labeling. Gary Gileno says the goal is to introduce Chinese-style censorship and social-credit scores to control the masses. He concludes that politicians will never stomp out censorship because they like it, and that only the people solve these problems. He is not optimistic about the future. -GEG

All your base are belong to us. A leaked memo circulating among Senate Democrats contains a host of bonkers authoritarian proposals for regulating digital platforms, purportedly as a way to get tough on Russian bots and fake news. To save American trust in “our institutions, democracy, free press, and markets,” it suggests, we need unprecedented and undemocratic government intervention into online press and markets, including “comprehensive (GDPR-like) data protection legislation” of the sort enacted in the E.U.

Titled “Potential Policy Proposals for Regulation of Social Media and Technology Firms,” the draft policy paper—penned by Sen. Mark Warner and leaked by an unknown source to Axios—the paper starts out by noting that Russians have long spread disinformation, including when “the Soviets tried to spread ‘fake news’ denigrating Martin Luther King” (here he fails to mention that the Americans in charge at the time did the same). But NOW IT’S DIFFERENT, because technology.

“Today’s tools seem almost built for Russian disinformation techniques,” Warner opines. And the ones to come, he assures us, will be even worse.

Here’s how Warner is suggesting we deal:

Mandatory location verification. The paper suggests forcing social media platforms to authenticate and disclose the geographic origin of all user accounts or posts.

Mandatory identity verification: The paper suggests forcing social media and tech platforms to authenticate user identities and only allow “authentic” accounts (“inauthentic accounts not only pose threats to our democratic process…but undermine the integrity of digital markets”), with “failure to appropriately address inauthentic account activity” punishable as “a violation of both SEC disclosure rules and/or Section 5 of the [Federal Trade Commission] Act.”

Bot labeling: Warner’s paper suggests forcing companies to somehow label bots or be penalized (no word from Warner on how this is remotely feasible)

Define popular tech as “essential facilities.” These would be subject to all sorts of heightened rules and controls, says the paper, offering Google Maps as an example of the kinds of apps or platforms that might count. “The law would not mandate that a dominant provider offer the serve for free,” writes Warner. “Rather, it would be required to offer it on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms” provided by the government.

Other proposals include more disclosure requirements for online political speech, more spending to counter supposed cybersecurity threats, more funding for the Federal Trade Commission, a requirement that companies’ algorithms can be audited by the feds (and this data shared with universities and others), and a requirement of “interoperability between dominant platforms.”

The paper also suggests making it a rule that tech platforms above a certain size must turn over internal data and processes to “independent public interest researchers” so they can identify potential “public health/addiction effects, anticompetitive behavior, radicalization,” scams, “user propagated misinformation,” and harassment—data that could be used to “inform actions by regulators or Congress.”
