Fewer than 2-in-15 American Voters Are Aware of the Mass Immigration Crisis at the Border

Less than 2-in-15 American voters are aware of the mass migration pushing at the US-Mexico border, with 250,000 to 500,000 border apprehensions each year. Based on data so far this year, experts predict that there will be 863,000 border apprehensions this Fiscal Year, though this only counts illegal aliens who are caught at the border and does not include those who successfully cross. Every year, the US admits about 1.2 million mostly low-skilled legal immigrants to compete against working and middle class Americans for jobs.

Less than two-in-15 American voters are aware of the soaring levels
of illegal immigration across the United States-Mexico border, a new
survey finds.

The latest Harvard/Harris Poll reveals that when Americans are asked
how many illegal aliens are arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border, only
about 13 percent answer correctly. Meanwhile, about 76 percent of
Americans believe illegal immigration levels are vastly lower than they
actually are.

For example, there were nearly 100,000 border apprehensions in April, alone. This puts illegal immigration at the southern border on track to outpace every year
of illegal immigration under former President Obama and take the U.S.
back to Bush era levels. At current rates, experts project there to be
863,000 border apprehensions this Fiscal Year, though this only counts
illegal aliens who are caught at the border and does not include those
who successfully cross.

Since Fiscal Year 2010, the number of border crossers and illegal
aliens apprehended trying to enter the U.S. has been anywhere between
300,000 to 500,000.

In the Harvard/Harris Poll, though, less than two-in-15 American
voters correctly said there are between 250,000 to 500,000 border
apprehensions each year. Meanwhile, more than three-in-four Americans
incorrectly said there are between zero to 250,000 border apprehensions a
year.

Even among Republican voters, conservatives, and Trump supporters, a
plurality of 35 percent incorrectly estimated that there are only 10,000
to 100,000 border apprehensions each year.

What Good Is A Wall? Trump Signed a Bill to Increase Immigration and Make It Impossible to deport Illegal Aliens

Commentator Gary Gileno reports that President Trump signed a spending bill that includes measures that makes it impossible to deport illegal aliens who have relatives, sponsors, or even fiends of unaccompanied alien children, which is chain migration on steroids. The new law forces ICE agents to release border crossers into the interior of the country, making it essentially impossible to ever deport them. Illegal aliens now will flood into America in greater numbers than ever before. Mr. Trump could have vetoed the measure and led opposition to it. He did neither. –GEG

GOP Amnesty Plan Fails After Public Outcry. Trump Pushes Ahead Anyway with Plan to Give 100,000 Foreign Workers ‘Path to Citizenship’ Every Year

Last week, six Republican Senators, including Lindsey Graham, Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, Lamar Alexander, Rob Portman, and Lisa Murkowski, tried to tie funding for the border wall to amnesty for illegal aliens in Obama’s DACA program, but they failed due to public outrage.  New migration from a DACA amnesty would have the potential to allow the entry of nine-million foreign nationals, because every two newly naturalized citizens bring about seven foreign relatives with them. If this were to happen, a border wall could not stop the invasion, because the migrants would arrive legally. No wonder the public was outraged.

It should be noted that, ironically, President Trump did not share this outrage. Instead, he announced his intention to offer “a path to citizenship” to hundreds of thousands of foreign workers who were brought into the US by technology corporations to replace higher-paid American workers. In this article, Gary Gileno says it’s time for President Trump to fight for America First, as he promised, not Globalism First. -GEG

The Koch Brothers Are Spending Millions to Push DACA Amnesty through Congress Before the End of the Year

US: The Koch brothers, who back immigration and cheap labor, are working aggressively to push amnesty for 3.5-million illegal aliens who are enrolled and eligible for President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.  In addition to DACA, they also are pushing for prison release and so-called free trade during the lame duck session of Congress before House Democrats are handed the majority in the new year.  The Koch brothers have said they oppose President Trump’s plan to end chain migration that allows newly naturalized citizens are allowed to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country.  The Koch brothers also support the anchor baby policy of birthright citizenship. -GEG

The pro-mass immigration GOP megadonor billionaire Koch brothers will “work aggressively” before the year’s end to obtain amnesty for the 3.5 million illegal aliens who are enrolled and eligible for President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The Koch brothers’ network of organizations — which campaigned for Democrats’ open borders policies in the midterm elections — are seeking to ram through their agenda of amnesty, prison release, and more free trade during the lame duck session of Congress before House Democrats are handed the majority in the new year. The year-end agenda is being launched with a multi-million dollar campaign.

A spokesman for the Koch brothers told NBC News:

“We will work aggressively to bring together a divided government to address these critical issues,” said James Davis, a Koch Network spokesman. “It’s a bold, positive vision for what we must do to help people improve their lives.” [Emphasis added]

“We see an opportunity to engage the American people to address some of the toughest problems facing our country: a broken criminal justice system, an immigration system that prevents good people from contributing, eliminating cronyism and promoting open trade,” Davis said. [Emphasis added]

The Koch brothers’ agenda includes securing amnesty for all DACA-enrolled and eligible illegal aliens — a population of about 3.5 million — while also lobbying Congress to pass legislation that would immediately release 4,000 convicts from federal prison.

The prison release legislation has been touted by first daughter and White House adviser Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner. The plan, though, is staunchly opposed by conservative leaders who say the legislation would reduce sentences and prison time for hardened drug traffickers.

Months ago, the Koch brothers launched a similar campaign to demand the Republican-controlled Congress pass DACA amnesty. In an ad, the Koch organizations called DACA illegal aliens “patriots” who “work hard” and “put food on the table.”

Currently, the U.S. admits more than 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants every year, with more than 70 percent coming to the country through the process known as “chain migration,” whereby newly naturalized citizens are allowed to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country.

Nearly 300,000 Anchor Babies Born to Illegal Aliens Each Year Outnumber US Births in 48 States!

A new study by the Center for Immigration Studies showed that illegal aliens give birth to 297,000 births per year to gain citizenship through children born on US soil, ‘anchoring’ non-citizen parents in the US, allowing them to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country through the process known as “chain migration.”  The analysis notes that the 297,000 anchor babies born every year in the US exceed the total number of all US births in all but two states: California and Texas.  In the Los Angeles metro area, illegal alien births make up nearly 18% of all births in the region. In the Las Vegas, Nevada metro area, illegal alien births account for about 17% of all births.  President Trump is currently addressing birthright citizenship.

There are nearly 300,000 children of illegal aliens born in the United States every year, exceeding the total number of U.S. births in 48 states.

New wide-ranging analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies‘ Steven Camarotta reveals that there are roughly 297,000 births per year to illegal immigrants in the U.S.

The children of illegal aliens are commonly known as “anchor babies,” as they anchor their illegal alien and noncitizen parents in the U.S. and eventually are allowed to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country through the process known as “chain migration.”

The analysis notes that the nearly 300,000 anchor babies born every year in the U.S. exceed the total number of all U.S. births in all but two states: California and Texas. Likewise, the annual number of anchor babies born in the U.S. exceeds the number of births in 16 states plus the District of Colombia, combined.

There are more than 30 times as many anchor babies born every year than the total number of children born to native-born Americans in the state of Delaware. Similarly, there are more than 22 times as many anchor babies born every year in the country than there are children born to native-born Americans in the state of South Dakota.

The anchor baby population in the U.S. is almost twice the amount of residents living in the U.S. territory of Guam and more than double the population of the U.S. Virgin Islands, where a projected 107,000 residents live.

As Breitbart News reported, in the Los Angeles, California metro area, illegal alien births make up nearly 18 percent of all births in the region. In the Las Vegas, Nevada metro area, illegal alien births account for about 17 percent of all births.

California — a sanctuary state for illegal aliens — has the largest number of illegal alien births with about 65,000 illegal alien births every year. Texas has about 51,000 illegal alien births every year, while Florida has about 16,000 illegal alien births every year.

Trump Breaks Campaign Promise on Immigration, Promises to Pass Any DACA Bill Drafted by Those Who Opposed His Campaign

Tucker Carlson criticizes President Trump for failing to use his negotiation skills in a meeting at the White House with establishment lawmakers over the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. DACA allows 700,000 people to stay in the US who were brought in illegally when they were children. Trump now says he will accept any bill that Congress presents to him, which is a total abandonment of his promises to end DACA, stop chain migration, and build the wall. [Those who voted for him because of these promises have been betrayed again.] -GEG

Why Is Trump Now Supporting DACA, and Why Haven’t Republicans Funded the Wall?

Tucker Carlson says the immigration policy of lawmakers over the past 30 years has been to grant amnesty to illegal aliens while promising future border controls that never materialize, and he says that policy continues today. President Trump won the election by promising to reform immigration, but now he is pushing DACA, and Republican lawmakers are supporting the same bad deals of the past.

Another Terror Attack on New York by a ‘Chain-Migration’ Green-Card Holder

A Bangladesh-born Muslim man, Akayed Ullah, was arrested for trying to bomb the New York Port Authority building, but the device strapped to his body exploded prematurely and only injured him. There was panic in the tunnel, and three other people were injured. Ullah told authorities “They’ve been bombing in my country, and I wanted to do damage here.” Ullah entered the US in 2011 as a foreign relative in the chain-migration program. Chain migration allows new immigrants to the U.S. to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives with them. -GEG

The Bangladesh-born terror suspect who allegedly attempted to detonate a suicide-bomb in New York was able to enter the United States as a foreign relative of an immigrant, extended-family member who had won a visa to the U.S. under the Diversity Visa Lottery.

On Monday 27-year-old Akayed Ullah, a Bangladesh national, injured three individuals when he allegedly tried to detonate a suicide bomb in New York City in a planned terrorist attack.

In a statement by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Ullah was able to enter the U.S. in 2011 as a foreign relative after one of his family members was awarded a Green Card in the Visa Lottery.

Every year, the Visa Lottery — championed by Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) — gives out 50,000 visas to foreign nationals from a multitude of countries, including those with known terrorist problems – such as Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Yemen, and Uzbekistan.

As Breitbart News reported, Ullah was able to obtain a visa as the nephew of his Visa Lottery relative. This process of extended-family mass immigration to the U.S. is known as “chain migration.”

Chain migration allows new immigrants to the U.S. to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives with them.

Ullah came to the U.S. through the F43 visa, allowing him to obtain a Green Card simply because his father’s brother or sister had recently been allotted a visa under the Visa Lottery.

Under the Visa Lottery, 14,869 Bangladeshi nationals entered the U.S. between 2007 and 2012, as Breitbart News reported.

  • 3,518 Visa Lottery winners in 2007
  • 2,286 Visa Lottery winners in 2008
  • 2,663 Visa Lottery winners in 2009
  • 3,017 Visa Lottery winners in 2010
  • 3,090 Visa Lottery winners in 2011
  • 295 Visa Lottery winners in 2012

Since 2013, Bangladesh was thrown off the list of foreign countries eligible for the Visa Lottery because the country became one of the largest immigrant-sending countries to the U.S., with the number of chain migrants arriving from Bangladesh more than doubling between 2005 and 2016, Breitbart News reported.

President Trump Flip-Flops on DACA Immigration

Despite his campaign promise to end DACA, President Trump now is asking Congress to legalize the program, which protects roughly 800,000 illegal immigrants. Last week, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said that Trump agreed to a deal protecting DACA beneficiaries even without constructing a border wall, but the deal is not yet finalized.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders laid out Friday a series of actions the Trump administration would like to see coupled with an amnesty for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) beneficiaries.

President Trump has called for Congress to “legalize” the DACA program, which protects roughly 800,000 illegal immigrants. Sanders said Friday that there is no settled deal. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer claimed this week that Trump agreed to a deal protecting DACA beneficiaries without funding a southern border wall.

Right now our goal, our focus is making sure [DACA] is taken care of with also coupling that with massive border security, interior enforcement,” Sanders said.

There are “some specific things we would like to see,” she said, mentioning an “end to sanctuary cities, expedited removal, more immigration judges, supporting things like the RAISE Act.”

Two of these goals, expedited removal and more immigration judges, deal with the extensive immigration court backlog. A January executive order by Trump authorized the Department of Homeland Security to deport illegal immigrants who have been in the U.S. for less than two years without a court hearing. DHS has told The Daily Caller that it is examining how much to expand it.
