Elon Musk is considering suing the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) for defamation, as the leftist organization characterized him and Twitter, now known as X, as anti-Semitic. Musk said the ADL has pressured his advertisers and has cost him $22 billion. The hashtag #bantheADL began trending on X by people opposed to censorship because the ADL has actively promoted online censorship. A critic warned that while Musk appears to be standing up to the ADL to protect free speech, there is another agenda lurking in the background. Musk’s ultimate  goal is to expand Twitter/X into an all-encompassing digital ID system that is used for everything from communications to finance, and to require digital ID to participate in the network.

Elon Musk is considering suing the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) for defamation. He said, “Since the acquisition, The @ADL has been trying to kill this platform by falsely accusing it & me of being anti-Semitic.” He added that the leftist Jewish organization has cost Twitter, now known as X, over half of its net worth of $22 billion.  Musk added, “Our US advertising revenue is still down 60%, primarily due to pressure on advertisers by @ADL (that’s what advertisers tell us), so they almost succeeded in killing X/Twitter!”

Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the ADL, met with Linda Yaccarino, the CEO of X, to discuss ‘hate speech’. The hashtag #bantheADL began trending on X by people opposed to censorship because the ADL has actively promoted online censorship.

Greenblatt met with Yaccarino the day after US Attorney General Merrick Garland — a close associate of Greenblatt’s — sued Elon Musk’s SpaceX for hiring Americans over refugees and asylum seekers. Garland is also reportedly working with Gary Gensler at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on another lawsuit against Musk’s company Tesla.

Greenblatt, during a TV interview, first denied that the ADL is talking to advertisers on Twitter/X, publicly or privately, but then he admitted that “It’s true, we did call for a pause back in November, after the acquisition.” Musk says that Twitter/X has not recovered.

Reporter Dan Cohen characterized the ADL as an Israeli lobby outfit that seeks to muzzle any speech critical of Israeli policy and US dollars funding Israel. He said that the ADL smears critics by accusing them of anti-Semitism. He reported that the ADL has influence over law enforcement and is affiliated with the FBI and US intelligence agencies. The ADL also has mega-corporate donors that it refuses to identify. He said that the ADL is really an arm of the deep state seeking to police speech on social media, especially on Twitter/X.

Cohen warned that Elon Musk’s ultimate  goal is to expand X into an all-encompassing digital ID system that is used for everything from communications to finance. The planned ID system requires a selfie and government-issued ID. The biometric data will be processed through an Israeli company called AU10Tix that was formerly known as ICTS International, and was founded by Israeli intelligence veterans.

Mr. Cohen warned that Musk is controlled opposition because people oppose the ADL policing speech, and Musk appears to be protecting free speech, but the ultimate plan is to require digital ID in order to participate in Twitter/X that will lead to tracking and monitoring.
