US Attorney General Merrick Garland responded this week to Tucker Carlson’s exposure of raw footage from the Capitol on January 6 by saying, “Over 100 officers were assaulted on the day, five officers died.” Garland’s statement is provably false as zero police officers died on January 6, 2021 at the Capitol.
