San Bernardino residents are snowed-in and running out of supplies after the latest winter storm dumped several feet of snow in the region; at least one person was found dead in their home. In Northern CA’s Mendocino County, people, including vulnerable senior citizens, have been stuck in their homes for over 10 days.
