Court Says Biden Cannot Enforce Vaccine Mandates For Federal Contractors
A 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that The Biden Administration cannot enforce a COVID vaccine mandate on federal contractors. The court wrote: “The President’s use of procurement regulations to reach through an employing contractor to force obligations on individual employees is truly unprecedented.”

The Senate passed the massive $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill that will cause inflation to surge. The bill fails to protect the US border that is currently being overrun. The bill allots $575 million toward family planning, abortion and termination of American pregnancies. It will award $45 billion to Ukraine.
