The mother of a 13-year-old student at Barack Obama Global Preparation Academy is filing a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District after she says her son was bribed with pizza and her signature was forged so he could take a COVID-19 vaccine without her consent. The boy reportedly suffers from asthma and a bleeding condition, which is why it was recommended that he decline COVID vaccines. His health conditions reportedly worsened after receiving the COVID vaccine. The woman who a administered the shot asked the child not to say anything because she did not want to get in trouble. The family’s attorney says they are filing a lawsuit after a damage claim was ignored by both the school and the district.

The mother of a 13-year-old student at Barack Obama Global Preparation Academy is filing a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) after she says her son was vaccinated against COVID-19 without her consent and suffered side effects as a result.

Maribel Duarte and her lawyer Nicole Pearson of Facts Law Truth Justice, LLP. announced the lawsuit during a press conference Wednesday outside LAUSD offices.

“He’s lacking of breath, doesn’t sleep well, he doesn’t do exercise the way he did. He is not normal to me,” said the boy’s mom.

She claims her son was offered a piece of pizza in exchange for a COVID shot and then allegedly coerced into forging his mom’s signature.

Immediately after getting the vaccine, Duarte said he started experiencing Symptoms.

The family’s attorney says they are filing a lawsuit after a damage claim was ignored by both the school and the district.

I pray that she is awarded restitution to a degree that sends a message to all those who have committed these criminal offenses. All of those who have used coercive and deceptive means to force this dangerous experimental treatment onto so many who are now suffering the consequences. They must be held accountable for this.

While the school’s actions need addressing in court, if the teen had simply refused the bribe, he would have avoided all this. He must have known that his doctor counseled against the shot. I knew as a teen that vaccines were poison to my body because of health issues and would have been adamant about refusing them, even with pizza offered.

It doesn’t matter. He was a minor. Minors are not expected to make adult decisions. Blame shifting doesn’t help all the others indoctrinated in the schools.

I agree with you. I am not blame shifting, I am explaining that his agreeing to the deception complicated the whole issue, and will take longer to resolve it. If the law about his being a minor is upheld, he will still have health issues going forward. California is trying to pass a bill granting minors 12 and older the right to legally agree to be vaccinated and the parents won’t have any right to override it. There was so much uproar over the bill that it was amended later to cover teens 15 and older. Still a bad bill… Read more »

How do we stop those who know so much better they refuse to look at evidence? Typically those who commit crimes are put in jail, especially those who are likely to repeat. What do we do when those assigned and paid to put them in jail, decide not to? Typically the do nothings say [we cannot win] as an excuse to do nothing. If you are not seeing to it decent honorable people willing to do that job (sheriffs, prosecutors, and judges), are contracted to do specific things in order for support, are running, and seeing to it paper ballots… Read more »
