David Martin Explains the Criminal Prosecution of Gain-of-Function Research for COVID-19

David Martin said that he is on the Prosecute Now Team and is involved in prosecuting the government of Canada and the US for collaborating on gain-of-function (GOF) research, which is medical research that involves mutating a pathogen to enhance its transmission and lethality in humans, when there was a moratorium on this research. He is also going after individuals, including Anthony Fauci, who violated the moratorium on GOF research. He charges that they have committed premeditated domestic terrorism, premeditated global terrorism and racketeering.
David Martin said that he is on the Prosecute Now Team and explained that Canada and the US collaborated on gain-of-function (GOF) research, which is medical research that involves mutating a pathogen to enhance its transmission and lethality to humans, when there was a moratorium on this research that spanned 2014 to 2017. Martin explained that the weaponization of the spike protein is associated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology Virus 1 (WIV1), sampled from China between 2011 and 2013, that was replicated at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2013 and 2014. He said that Anthony Fauci told Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in October of 2014 to continue with his work because “he had already been funded,” even though there was a moratorium on GOF research at that time. Baric’s study led to two papers, published in 2015 and 2016, stating that the WIV1 spike protein, targeting endothelial tissue, lung tissue, and kidney tissue, was “poised for human emergence.”
Martin revealed that in March 2015, Peter Daszak, the chief architect of this campaign stated, “To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase the public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan-influenza or pan-corona vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”
In 2015 the government of Canada entered into an agreement about the distribution of the lethal agent (spike protein), as lipid-nanoparticle technology was sub-licensed to Moderna for an mRNA vaccine during the GOF moratorium, violating a Canadian law that prohibits supporting and making an agent for delivery of a biological weapon. It is illegal to develop or aid in the development of a biological weapon in the US.
Martin said that all efforts should be focused solely on the criminal prosecution of terrorists who have aided and abetted in the murder of millions of people.
‘Nobody Wants Them’: Moderna Throwing Out 30 Million COVID Jab Doses, CEO Says

Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel said, “It’s sad to say, I’m in the process of throwing 30 million doses into the garbage because nobody wants them. We have a big demand problem.” A report indicates that China doesn’t want mRNA gene therapy shots and now there are 7 billion doses. He added, “The issue in many countries is that people don’t want vaccines.” The UN is still trying to push the unwanted jabs, claiming that 60% of the world’s population is vaccinated, but that “it’s not over anywhere until it’s over everywhere.”
Naomi Wolf reported earlier that over 3,000 volunteers are researching the FDA/ Pfizer documents that were released under a court order. We previously reported several weeks ago that the researchers found that some Moderna doses contained 100 micrograms of spike protein, lipid nanoparticles and mRNA compared to Pfizer that contained 30 micrograms of these active ingredients in their jabs. Pfizer’s internal documents stated that thae higher level of active ingredients were too dangerous to use. Wolf noted that Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel said that he reached out to the embassies from all over the world and begged them to take the Moderna shots and they all refused. A number of European countries are now trying to renegotiate their contracts with COVID vaccine manufacturers to be released because they no longer want to buy more of the harmful injections. Politico wrote that the European Commission secured up to 4.2 billion doses of coronavirus vaccines, nearly ten times the population of the EU. Of those, 1.3 billion have been delivered so far. Poland is leading the movement to break its contracts, and Romania, Denmark, Slovakia, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Czech Republic, Lithuania and Bulgaria are also interested in canceling their orders for COVID-19 “vaccine” injections.

“Retired” Federal Agent “Regularly Communicated” With Buffalo Gunman on Discord

A “retired” federal agent “regularly communicated” with accused Buffalo gunman Payton Gendron in an online chatroom on Discord and discussed racial issues, and authorities are investigating whether he had advanced knowledge of the attack. The agent and five other individuals were invited by Gendron to read about his mass shooting plans and the target location about 30 minutes before Gendron reportedly killed 10 people at Tops Market on May 14. It is unknown if any of them accepted Gendron’s invitation. None called law enforcement. The FBI may charge them as accomplices. Some ‘lone wolf’ gunmen from prior shooting events have been shown to have links to the military, government intelligence, or law enforcement.

All 16 Runners Who Collapsed and Runner Who Died at Brooklyn Half Marathon Said They Were Vaccinated

All of the runners who participated in the 13.1-mile Brooklyn Half Marathon last Saturday declared that they received COVID-19 vaccines, which have been linked to heart problems and other negative health effects. David Reichman, 32, was reported to have died shortly after collapsing near the finish line after suffering from possible cardiac arrest. The weather last Saturday was unseasonaly warm, but it is unusual that 16 runners were hospitalized and one man died. While it is unknown how many of the Brooklyn Half runners’ suffered from heart complications, many athletes have suffered from heart problems and other injuries believed to be linked to COVID jabs.
It is an absolute fact that all the runners who participated in the Brooklyn Half Marathon on Saturday declared that they had been vaccinated for Covid-19. Whether or not that is relevant to the unprecedented number of runners who collapsed or even the man who died during the event is another story.
Saturday’s running conditions were unusually hot and humid, even at 9 a.m. when the participant David Reichman is reported to have died shortly after collapsing after the finish line.
The New York Post reported that Reichman, a 32 year-old man, collapsed “after suffering from possible cardiac arrest, according to event organization New York Road Runners club and the NYPD.”
“The 22,000-runner race — from the Brooklyn Museum through Prospect Park to the Coney Island boardwalk — was held on an unseasonably hot and humid day,” the Post added. “The temperature at 9 a.m. at Coney Island was already 70 degrees with 83% humidity, according to Fox Weather.”
According to The Daily Mail: “Sixteen people who participated in the 13.1 mile race were taken to a hospital, according to the FDNY. Five suffered serious injuries, eight people had non-life-threatening injuries and four people sustained minor injuries.”
The Brooklyn Half Marathon requires that participants are in peak physical condition and must conform to a rigorous pacing schedule.
“Members of the NYRR Pace Team will be on hand to guide participants toward specific goal times over the 13.1 miles,” the RBC Brooklyn Half website states. “Pace Team members will lead groups at various paces between 6:06 per mile and 13:45 per mile (between a 1:20:00 finish and a 3:00:00 finish).”
All Brooklyn Half participants must declare that they have been vaccinated for Covid-19, the official websites makes clear.
“All runners must be able to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to participate in NYRR races,” the website states. “For more information, visit our COVID-19 vaccination policy page. Please stay up-to-date on the latest news and guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and your local and national authorities.”
“The health and safety of our runners and staff remain a priority for NYRR,” the Brooklyn Half organizers add. “All NYRR staff will be practicing social distancing and wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected] Thank you for your continued patience and support.”
The Brooklyn Half organizers did not require that the runners wear masks. Covid-19 vaccines have been proven to lead to rare, but elevated risks of side effects; there are also reported heart inflammation side effects from Covid infection itself.
An Oxford University study earlier showed that the risk of myocarditis, a form of heart inflammation, is greater from getting ‘vaccinated’ with certain mRNA shots than from contracting the virus itself. The study was originally published in Nature in December.
“Our findings are relevant to the public, clinicians and policy makers,” the researchers note. “First, there was an increase in the risk of myocarditis within a week of receiving the first dose of both adenovirus and mRNA vaccines, and a higher increased risk after the second dose of both mRNA vaccines,” the study concluded.
Saturday’s death was the first fatality in the Brooklyn Half race since 2014, which was accompanied by an unprecedented 16 runners collapsing or suffering from health issues. It is unknown how many of the Brooklyn Half runners’ suffered from heart complications on the unusually hot and humid day in the northeast for mid-May.
Police Hesitated at Texas Shooting. Democrats Blame Republicans and Call for Gun Control.

The recent school shooting in the Texas border town of Uvalde by Salvador Ramos, 18, raises questions about why police on the premises hesitated to go after Ramos who reportedly killed children for 40 minutes or more before Border Patrol showed up and shot him. One of the parents described the police as “unprepared.” But only two months earlier, Uvalde School District police officer Ruben Ruiz held an active shooter drill at Robb Elementary School. The local high school, where Ramos was a student, participated in the staged event at the elementary school and Ramos was present. Officer Ruiz was married to one of the teachers, Eva Mireles, 44, who was reportedly killed. Democrats are blaming Republicans for the shooting and are calling for more gun control.
Uvalde, Texas: On Tuesday, May 24, there was a mass shooting event at Robb Elementary School and 19 children and two teachers were reportedly killed by 18-year old Salvador Ramos. He lived with his grandmother and shot her in the face just before his attack on the school. She is reported to still be alive, but in critical condition.
Ramos took her truck and crashed it into a ditch outside the school. He had an AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle and shot at people at a nearby funeral home and then turned his gun on the outside of the school for 10 minutes, according to neighbor Juan Carranza. The witness said that there were no police officers at the school to engage Ramos. The gunman went into the school and began shooting. When police finally did arrive, Carranza said, they didn’t do anything at all for about an hour. Carranza’s version of events, which is the opposite of the official narrative, is corroborated with videos. Those videos show police officers with rifles and body armor standing outside the school.
Police stood outside of the school and did not engage with Ramos. Instead, police forcibly kept parents who wanted to save their children out of the school for a full hour, and one officer drew his taser.
A Texas official later suggested on camera that while all this was happening, some police officers went inside the school to get their own children out.
A mother, Angeli Rose Gomez, told the Wall Street Journal that she heard about the incident and drove 40 miles to the school to save her two sons. She complained that the police were not going inside to rescue the children and Federal Marshals put her in handcuffs. After they freed her, Gomez “made her distance from the crowd, jumped the school fence and ran inside to grab her two children.” She then ran out of the school with her children.
Initially, authorities reported that a school resource officer engaged with Ramos, but an officer later admitted that there was no resource officer. Police did say that officers went inside the school for 4 minutes after the suspect, but then they were treated outside the school and then police did not reenter the school for another hour. During that time, they say they were waiting for backup, including multiple crisis negotiators.
The police were reported to be reluctant to go after Ramos because they were afraid of being shot. Ramos was reported to be fatally shot by a Border Patrol agent when they arrived.
Javier Cazares, the father of one of the reported victims, had urged bystanders to rush in and save the children because the cops weren’t doing anything. He said that the police were “unprepared.”
This is very curious as Uvalde High School participated in a mass shooting exercise just two months BEFORE the event at nearby Robb Elementary School. Salvador Ramos, then a student at Uvalde High School, attended the staged drill. Uvalde School District police officer Ruben Ruiz held the active shooter drill and posed as the shooter in the staged act. Ruiz was married to one of the teachers, Eva Mireles, 44, who was reportedly killed. Many mass shootings and terror operations have been proceeded by an official drill, such as 9/11, the Boston Bombing and the Parkland school shooting in Florida in 2018.
Democrats are now blaming Republicans for the shooting event and are pushing gun control.
Some critics have questioned how Ramos, who was reportedly bullied for stuttering and being poor, could have purchased two AR platform rifles at a local federal firearms dealer several days prior to the shooting, ina ddition to 375 rounds of ammunition. He was also wearing body armor.
Despite 20 states allowing teachers or staff to carry guns, all the school shootings have occurred in schools that don’t allow them to carry. Texas does allow teachers and staff to carry firearms, and about 30% of schools do have armed staff, but the Robb Elementary School did not have provisions for teachers or staff to carry. Schools designated as “gun-free zones” are vulnerable to mass shootings.
