Anti-Vax Lawsuit by Arizona Atty General May be Intended to Lose.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Wiki
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is leading the nation as the first to sue the Biden regime over the vaccine mandate. His case is weak because, instead of being based on the principle that government has no constitutional authority to do this, it argues that the Biden vaccine mandate discriminates against American citizens because illegal immigrants are not required to be vaccinated. [We suspect that Brnovich may be pursuing a strategy that everyone on the inside know will fail in court and, by so doing, set a legal precedent favoring mandatory vaccines. This ploy of political law suites designed to fail is a common practice in corrupted governments.] -GEG

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is leading the nation as the first to step up and sue the Biden Regime over the unconstitutional vaccine mandate.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the draconian vaccine mandate that Biden has placed on private businesses throughout America.

Brnovich: This is Arizona attorney general Mark Brnovich, we have filed a lawsuit today against the unprecedented and unconstitutional power grab by the Biden administration and the federal government. The Biden administration is unconstitutionally trying to mandate vaccines that may affect hundreds of millions of Americans. It’s not only wrong, it’s unconstitutional, and as we’ve done on the border crisis as we push back against federal overreach through tax and spend policies, we will continue to hold the Biden Administration accountable, and try to stop this federal overreach. Because we need to protect not only Arizona, but the entire United States.

That is exactly why the suit was worded in the way it is. They know it will fail, and as you say in the article, it is intended for that purpose. To see for yourselves, just consider all the lawsuits filed over the stealing of an election – the wording was designed to fail when it reached the Supreme Court. Justice Breyer just confirmed that on Mark Levin’s show. Most of the Republican governors are RINOs, and have bought into the plan. God help us!
