The Community Care Licensing Division of California contacted foster parents Travis and Sharla Kall asking them to take in 26 unaccompanied children who crossed the border in record numbers. Other foster parents have received the same request. Usually six children is the maximum number that may be fostered. The Kalls said that there are over 30,000 children in the Los Angeles County foster care system alone, and the system is already overwhelmed before taking children from another country. Travis and his wife run a non-profit fighting against human trafficking in California, and they believe this is just the tip of a sinister iceberg. He said that he considers it human trafficking, because flooding the border with kids is a money scheme, and now foster parents will be used to take care of them. Sharla Kall said that there is a federal law that allows migrant children who enter foster care to gain citizenship immediately. -GEG

California foster parents are being asked to care for a staggering 26 or more unaccompanied migrant children per household, DailyMail.com can reveal.

On March 12, foster parents Travis, 45, and Sharla Kall received a voicemail amid the crisis at the Mexico border.

‘This is an emergency message, please respond to this urgent message from the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD),’ the voicemail obtained by DailyMail.com said. ‘CCLD would like to know how many available beds you have to serve additional youth.’

CCLD is a division of California’s Department of Social Services that oversees foster home and care licensing.

The couple received an email with the same urgent message, containing links for them to communicate how many available beds they have – ranging from zero to ’26 +.’

It lists ectopic pregnancy, spontaneous abortion and neonatal death as SAEs. It then says that exposure during breastfeeding can occur through inhalation or skin contact.
