Senator Rand Paul suggested that fraud may be the reason President Trump lost to Joe Biden in key election states due to four “data dumps” that occurred during a five-hour period, from 1:34 am to 6:31 am in the early morning hours of November 4, 2020. An analysis, using data from the New York Times, studied 8,954 individual updates to the vote totals in all 50 states and found four that were very unusual in the ratio of votes in Biden’s favor compared to the number of votes for Trump, who was handily winning in all three battleground states, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia. The magnitude of the dumps is extraordinary and turned the election around in a matter of seconds in each swing state.
The four data dumps in question are:
1. An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump
2. An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump
3. A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump
4. An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump
It’s unclear who wrote that analysis Paul relied on; it is posted under the name “Vote Integrity” on a website called Substack. A separate Nov. 24 post under that same name says, “Welcome to vote_pattern_analysis by me, Vote P. Analysis.”
The analysts found that the extent of the anomalies were more than the margin of victory in all three states, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia, which collectively represent 42 electoral votes. If those 42 electoral votes were removed from Biden, he would lose the election. Rand Paul was criticized online and issued this response: “Asking people to think for themselves, and asking that our elections be verified free of fraud, would seem to be basic, easy concepts. They are apparently too much for the media and big tech to handle, though, so they have to attack and censor.” -GEG
