California: Three City Councils in Marin County Vote to Stop Installing Harmful 5G Towers!

Mill Valley, California, a wealthy city just north of San Francisco, voted unanimously to effectively halt the installation of new small cell towers which carry the 5G technology.  The city issued an “urgency ordinance” that allows it to enact regulations and prohibitions for all future applications to build 5G telecommunications equipment in the city.  The city received 145 pieces of correspondence from citizens voicing opposition to the technology, which represents more than 1% of the population of 14,000 people.  Two more cities, San Anselmo, and Ross, also in Marin County, passed similar ordinances.

Tom Wheeler, the former head of the FCC, gave the go-ahead to have new antennas placed on nearly every telephone pole that will generate strong, pulsed ultra-high frequency radio waves that are much more dangerous to human health than our present technology.  In addition, the wireless devices that connect to 5G emit EMF (electromagnetic frequency waves) and can cause infertility, cancer and other diseases.

As 5G technology begins to roll out across the country, it is being met by a massive wave of resistance over concerns that it can cause health problems. One city in California—reacting to an overwhelming outpouring of concern—has taken an extreme step and blocked the technology from being implemented.

This week, the city of Mill Valley, CA, a wealthy city just north of San Francisco, voted unanimously to effectively halt the installation of new small cell towers which carry the 5G technology.

The city enacted an “urgency ordinance” after it received over a hundred letters from concerned citizens expressing their worries over the new 5G towers.

As Tech Crunch reports:

Through an urgency ordinance, which allows the city council to immediately enact regulations that affect the health and safety of the community, the restrictions and prohibitions will be put into force immediately for all future applications to site 5G telecommunications equipment in the city. Applications for commercial districts are permitted under the passed ordinance.

The ordinance was driven by community concerns over the health effects of 5G wireless antennas. According to the city, it received 145 pieces of correspondence from citizens voicing opposition to the technology, compared to just five letters in support of it — a ratio of 29 to 1. While that may not sound like much, the city’s population is roughly 14,000, indicating that about 1% of the population had voiced an opinion on the matter.

Mill Valley residents cited multiple studies which claim that experts have found evidence that cell phone radiation can cause cancer.

The town of 14,000 now joins several other towns who’ve blocked the installation of 5G over health concerns. Before Mill Valley blocked 5G, other municipalities in California, such as Marin County and San Anselmo, passed similar ordinances.

Similar movements to block 5G have taken place across the country as well.

“The cell towers are called small cell towers, but they are not so small when they are in your front yard,” said Donna Baron, a resident of Montgomery County, Maryland who is actively protesting the installation of 5G in her town.

“This will cause cancer,” she said.

Concerns over cell phone radiation are nothing new. It is a fact that cell phones emit radiation. It is also a fact that this radiation can be absorbed by the human body from prolonged exposure.

What makes 5G more intimidating and poses more health risks is that 5G achieves its super-fast streaming speeds and infinite data capabilities by tapping into a never-before used bandwidth called the millimeter wave (MMW) which is a pulsed radio wave of extremely high frequencies of 30 GHz and 300 GHz (as well as utilizing some mid-range and lower frequencies).

5G will reduce download times to mere nanoseconds– 10 gigabits per second, at an estimate, which is some 50 to 100 times faster than our current 4G speeds.

Plus, 5G will also require a crazy new amount of EMF-emitting wireless transmission towers, practically one on every telephone pole, because MMWs cannot travel as far or as effectively as 4G waves nor do they travel well through solid objects, poor weather conditions, buildings, houses, stadiums—any kind of interference.

What this means is that this new technology will require thousands, in fact, millions more transmitters– of all kinds—more routers in our homes and small smoke-detector sized transmitters on telephone poles spaced about every 150 to 200 feet on up to every street, highway, and rural route around the world.

Desiree Jaworski, executive director of the Center for Safer Wireless, explains, “5G signals will be harder for people to avoid. Right now, you don’t have to live next to a cell tower. If you’re concerned about it, you can move away. But once they have these cell antennas everywhere, you won’t be able to do that.”

Evidence Abounds That Supervisor of Elections in Broward County Is Committing Vote Fraud To Steal Senate and Governor’s Offices from Republicans!

Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes, who has a documented history of vote fraud, claims she has found more than 80,000 ballots that favor Democrats, and this could change last Tuesday’s election results, robbing Republican, Rick Scott, of the US Senate seat and Republican, Ron Desantis, of the Governorship. Palm Beach County also is belatedly adding to Democrat tallies. US Representative, Matt Gaetz, was forcibly removed by armed security guards when he began filming workers at the ballot-counting site. Brenda Snipes defied a court order to allow for the inspection. A concerned citizen videotaped ballots being transported in private vehicles & transferred to a rented truck on election night, violating-chain-of custody rules. An election worker signed a sworn statement that she saw Broward County campaign workers filling out blank ballots. -GEG

Update:  An Avis employee reported that a rental car was returned with boxes of ballots in it that had been rented by Noah Holliman, a registered Democrat who works for the Broward Supervisor of Elections and contributed to Democrat candidate Andrew Gillum.  Sheriff Scott Israel, who oversaw the bungled Parkland shooting, is stopping the media from investigating the ballots and documenting the situation.

Florida:  On election day, Republican Governor Rick Scott, who is leaving his post, won the US Senate seat, and Republican Ron DeSantis won the election for the office of the Governor.  However, Broward County & Palm Beach County are still counting votes, despite Florida law requiring counties to report within 30 minutes after polls close. Tens of thousands of ballots mysteriously appeared in Broward County, and another 15,000 in Palm Beach.
.
In addition to mail-in votes, many of the contested ballots are ‘provisional ballots’ that come from voters whose eligibility has been challenged or who have failed to properly identify themselves at the polling station.
.
Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes has a 15-year history of vote fraud. In August, 2018, a judge ordered Snipes to stop opening mail-in ballots in secret. In May, 2018, a judge ruled that she violated federal and state laws by destroying ballots in a 2016 Congressional race. In 2016, Snipes’ office “accidentally” posted the results of an election 30 minutes before polls closed. She also was sued for leaving an amendment about medical marijuana off some of the ballots in 2016.
.
Republican Governor Rick Scott is suing local elections officials in Broward and Palm Beach counties and accused them of “rampant fraud.”  He also has asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which he helps oversee as governor, to investigate.
.
State officials still claim that they do not know how many ballots were cast, who cast them, or  where they were cast. On Tuesday election night, Broward County Elections supervisor Brenda Snipes reported 634,000 votes were cast in the midterm election in her county. On Friday, however, Broward County officials changed that number to 717,000.  Broward County Democrats mysteriously found 83,000 votes as of Friday – and there may be more to come.
.
US Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) is being called a racist for questioning the numbers and was forcibly removed by armed security guards when he began filming workers at the site where the votes were being counted. Gaetz was videotaping because Snipes defied a court order to allow an immediate inspection of tens of thousands of ballots suddenly ‘discovered’ after Republican Rick Scott won the US Senate seat.
.
Tim Canova, a progressive democrat who was cheated by Brenda Snipes office in a 2016 election, published a video taken by a concerned citizen, JoAnn Knox, who witnessed ballots being transported in private vehicles & moved to rented truck on election night. Canova says this violates all chain-of-custody requirements for paper ballots.

Broward County campaign worker Chelsey Smith signed a sworn legal statement alleging Broward County elections staff were filling out blank ballots.  She was fired after she witnessed the elections staff committing crimes, and was told not to come back!
.
Broward County has reportedly approved recounts in four Florida races, while the Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner has ordered them in tight races for Senate, Governor and Attorney General Commissioner, and has ordered a statewide machine recount.
.
However, Roger Stone criticized the Secretary of State Ken Detzner for calling on the office of Sheriff Scott Israel and the Democrat state attorney Mike Satz to conduct an investigation into how many ballots Snipes has and where she is hiding them, instead of impounding all ballots to ensure an honest count.  It is unknown if the ballots have been impounded.
.
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondy stated in her letter to Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Commissioner Rick Swearingen that she is “deeply troubled” by his department’s  announcement that it will not pursue any investigation into the clearly documented “irregularities” in the conduct of elections supervisors Brenda Snipes and Susan Bucher.
.
Meanwhile, the Florida state GOP is mysteriously comatose and passive.
.
Matt Gaetz, along with many people on social media, are calling for Governor Rick Scott to suspend Brenda Snipes and place the office in receivership under the Secretary of State.
.
Florida Governor Rick Scott took legal action on Sunday filing two emergency motions and a complaint in a Broward court in his fight going into the recount–but is it too late?

Judge in Murder Case Says Authorities May Examine Recording Device in Suspect’s Home, Raising Concerns over Privacy

New Hampshire:  A judge has ordered that authorities may examine recordings by an Amazon Echo speaker owned by Timothy Verrill of Dover, who is accused of first-degree murder of two women.  New devices like Echo and Google Home may record background conversations in addition to listening for keywords.  Prosecutors believe that the recordings captured the attack on one of the victims and could be found in the server maintained by Amazon, and information from the Echo would also include any cellphones that were paired with it.  Amazon is insisting on a warrant before handing over private recordings.

A New Hampshire judge has “directed Amazon.com to produce” any recordings an Amazon Echo may have because it could contain evidence of a January 2017 double-murder. Prosecutors are looking for the two days worth of recording from the Echo in a Meaderboro Road, Farmington home where 47-year-old Christine Sullivan and 32-year-old Jenna Pellegrini were found dead.

The information from the Echo would also include if any cellphones were paired with it.

According to prosecutors, sometime between January 27 and 29, 2017, Sullivan and Pellegrini were murdered by 36-year-old Timothy Verrill. He was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, along with other charges, and is in jail waiting for his trial in May 2019.

“Investigators believe Sullivan was attacked in the kitchen of 979 Meaderboro Road where the Echo was located, and prosecutors believe there is probable cause to believe there is evidence on the Echo, such as audio recordings of the attack and events that followed it,” said court documents.

Nearly 300,000 Anchor Babies Born to Illegal Aliens Each Year Outnumber US Births in 48 States!

A new study by the Center for Immigration Studies showed that illegal aliens give birth to 297,000 births per year to gain citizenship through children born on US soil, ‘anchoring’ non-citizen parents in the US, allowing them to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country through the process known as “chain migration.”  The analysis notes that the 297,000 anchor babies born every year in the US exceed the total number of all US births in all but two states: California and Texas.  In the Los Angeles metro area, illegal alien births make up nearly 18% of all births in the region. In the Las Vegas, Nevada metro area, illegal alien births account for about 17% of all births.  President Trump is currently addressing birthright citizenship.

There are nearly 300,000 children of illegal aliens born in the United States every year, exceeding the total number of U.S. births in 48 states.

New wide-ranging analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies‘ Steven Camarotta reveals that there are roughly 297,000 births per year to illegal immigrants in the U.S.

The children of illegal aliens are commonly known as “anchor babies,” as they anchor their illegal alien and noncitizen parents in the U.S. and eventually are allowed to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country through the process known as “chain migration.”

The analysis notes that the nearly 300,000 anchor babies born every year in the U.S. exceed the total number of all U.S. births in all but two states: California and Texas. Likewise, the annual number of anchor babies born in the U.S. exceeds the number of births in 16 states plus the District of Colombia, combined.

There are more than 30 times as many anchor babies born every year than the total number of children born to native-born Americans in the state of Delaware. Similarly, there are more than 22 times as many anchor babies born every year in the country than there are children born to native-born Americans in the state of South Dakota.

The anchor baby population in the U.S. is almost twice the amount of residents living in the U.S. territory of Guam and more than double the population of the U.S. Virgin Islands, where a projected 107,000 residents live.

As Breitbart News reported, in the Los Angeles, California metro area, illegal alien births make up nearly 18 percent of all births in the region. In the Las Vegas, Nevada metro area, illegal alien births account for about 17 percent of all births.

California — a sanctuary state for illegal aliens — has the largest number of illegal alien births with about 65,000 illegal alien births every year. Texas has about 51,000 illegal alien births every year, while Florida has about 16,000 illegal alien births every year.

California: Trump Blames Forest Mismanagement for Raging Wildfires and Says, “Remedy Now, Or No More Fed Payments!”

President Trump blamed two monster wildfires, burning out of control in northern and southern California, on forest mismanagement, and he threatened to withdraw federal funding.  In northern California, 23 people have died in and around the town of Paradise and more than 6,700 homes and businesses have been destroyed.  In north Los Angeles County, more than 250,000 people faced mandatory evacuation.

Fires earlier this summer were also fueled by drought-ravaged pine forests thick with dead and dying timber, with flames that leap from tree top to tree top, dropping embers onto more dry brush.
In the 1990s, burdensome regulations against cutting timber increased.  In some areas, especially on California forest land that is 60% owned by the federal government, timber harvesting stopped altogether, according to Chuck DeVore, a former California State Assemblyman.

President Donald Trump reupped his threats toward California on Saturday as it deals with deadly wildfires in the northern part of the state and the evacuation of thousands of people from smoldering homes near Los Angeles.

In a tweet, the president threatened to pull federal funding for the state if nothing is done to “remedy” the situation of recurring devastating wildfires and the response to these disasters.

Trump was tweeting while in Paris to take part in a commemoration for the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I, a diplomatic test of his testy relationship with French President Emmanuel Macron.

His comments drew mostly critical response from firefighting leadership in California.

At least nine people have died in the spate of wildfires this week, which are devastating thousands of acres. Most of the deaths were in the area of Paradise, Calif., near Chico. Almost the entire city of Paradise was decimated by flames early Friday.

The Woolsey Fire near L.A. exploded to more than 14,000 acres after starting Thursday in a tinder-dry canyon of Ventura County. It raced toward the Pacific Ocean and prompted mandatory evacuations of as many as 75,000 homes as of Friday, all the way to the coast in Malibu, where officials have confirmed two deaths, according to local television news.

Trump approved an emergency declaration for the state on Friday, but warned he may not do the same again. Emergency declarations provide municipalities with air support, relief supplies and evacuation transport.

It’s not the first time Trump has criticized forest management in the state.

In August, Trump tweeted: “California wildfires are being magnified & made so much worse by the bad environmental laws which aren’t allowing massive amounts of readily available water to be properly utilized. It is being diverted into the Pacific Ocean. Must also tree clear to stop fire from spreading!”
