DC: Police Arrest Nearly 600 Women’s March Protesters, Including Democrat Lawmaker

Nearly 600 people were arrested at a protest organized by the Women’s March in opposition to the separation of migrant families and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Many protesters in the atrium of the Hart Senate Office Building wore foil blankets similar to those given to migrants housed at US detention facilities. Protests are expected to spread across the country over the weekend.

The Supreme ruled that mandatory union dues for people who work in the public sector violate workers’ right to free speech, as it compels them to subsidize speech and political action that they may strongly oppose. Unions will be left to convince workers to join and pay dues voluntarily. Thomas Jefferson said, “To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.”

Fentanyl-Laced Flyers Placed on Texas Police Windshields- One Deputy Exposed

Houston, Texas: A sergeant with the Harris County Sheriff Department was treated for exposure to fentanyl from a flyer on her car’s windshield. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid medication that is similar to morphine, but it’s about 50 to 100 times more potent, and can be lethal even in small doses, and can be absorbed through the skin.

Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy to Retire, Dems Panic over Roe vs. Wade

If President Trump is able to get a Constitutional conservative judge approved, it will reshape the Supreme Court for decades. He will need all Republican senators, including RINOs, to vote for this candidate to reach the 51% majority needed for approval.  Abortion could be a key issue; if Roe vs Wade is overturned, authority over abortion would be handed back to the states.
