NY: Woman Sentenced to 1-Year Prison Sentence for False Rape Report

Long Island: Nikki Yovino, 19, falsely claimed that she was raped by two Sacred Heart University football players. She admitted in court that she was not raped, she plead ‘guilty’ to charges of falsely reporting an incident and interfering with police, and struck a plea deal for one year in prison. Both of the young men are no longer in school and have had their scholarships revoked, and are considering suing her.

A young Long Island woman who spent over a year insisting that she was raped by two Sacred Heart University football players officially admitted in court Tuesday that she’s been lying the entire time.

Nikki Yovino, 19, pleaded guilty to charges of falsely reporting an incident and interfering with police, according to the Connecticut Post.

The former college student reportedly accepted a plea deal, and will now serve a reduced sentence of one year in prison. She had been facing six.

Yovino agreed to the deal just as jury selection was getting ready to begin in her false rape trial, the Post reports.

“We were prepared to go to trial on the original felony charge, but after lengthy discussions with all parties involved and considering all outside factors, this was an appropriate disposition that will hopefully set a precedent about how serious the state takes this conduct,” Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Tatiana Messina told the judge in Yovino’s case.

Homeless Camp Discovered That May Be Linked to Child Trafficking and Abuse

Tucson, Arizona: An underground bunker on the property of an abandoned cement plant was discovered that investigators believe was used for child trafficking. Children’s toys and clothing confirm that small children had been present, but the most disturbing discovery was a pair of hand restraints fastened to tree trunks in a position that typically is used when torturing or abusing a victim. A baby stroller and pornographic materials also were found. None of these things are proof that children were abused in this camp, but the evidence is jolting. -GEG

Dozens of American citizens have joined forces with veterans to expose what they believe is a child-trafficking camp hidden inside the Arizona woods.

Veterans on Patrol, a homeless Veterans advocacy group, stumbled upon the encampment in Tucson, last Tuesday, but it wasn’t a typical homeless camp.

As Gateway Pundit reported on Sunday , the team of veterans found trees with restraints on them at the site, children’s clothing, a baby crib, a stroller, an outdoor bathroom, toys, pornographic material, hair dye, boxes of condoms and a 5 feet tall underground cave furnished with a dresser and crates.

The cave the was not big enough for an adult, but a child could easily fit inside.

The land on which the bunker was found is owned by Cemex Construction Materials South, LLLC., a multinational building materials company in Mexico and partner of the Clinton Global Initiative.

CEMEX received a $7 million contract from the Clinton Global Initiative to build houses in Haiti during Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State in 2012, nearly two and half years after the quake.

According to federal lobbying disclosures, Cemex donated $25,000 to the Clinton Foundation.

Twitter Allows Leftists to Dox and Make Death Threat Against EPA Chief Scott Pruitt

The far-left Occupy Wall Street organization ‘doxxed’ EPA chief Scott Pruitt and exposed his home address, in addition to encouraging their followers to take a pitchfork to him directly.  While Twitter removes conservative voices from its platform for merely hurting people’s feelings, the company has no problem with the prolonged hate campaign against Pruitt, and is now allowing an actual death threat to remain published.  Pruitt has been criticized for spending $3.5 million on security, but the left has justified it by doxxing him.

Hard-left activist Occupy Wall Street has published the private Tulsa, Oklahoma, home address of Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt – encouraging its followers to take a “pitchfork to him directly.”

In doing so, they have unwittingly demonstrated the wisdom of something for which up till now Pruitt has been heavily criticized by the liberal media and left wing pressure groups: taking on extra security.

According to Daily Caller:

Occupy Wall Street posted Pruitt’s address on Twitter on Monday along with a New York Times article detailing the EPA head’s “cozy ties” with Joseph Craft, a coal executive. The group gave out his address to their Twitter followers “if you want to take [your] pitchfork to him directly.”

But as former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer was among several to note – “In case you’re wondering why this guy needs security…”, he tweeted – this is precisely why Pruitt needs security protection.

Since proving himself the most able and effective of President Trump’s administrators, Scott Pruitt has been the victim of a prolonged hate campaign conducted by an unholy alliance of Democrats, Never Trumpers and green/hard left activist groups.

Even pop icon Cher has got in on the act by demanding that Pruitt be put in prison.

One of the many charges levelled against Pruitt in this well-orchestrated campaign has been the cost of his security.
