Bodycam video of the police officer shows he was very polite and explained to Moultrie that he pulled him over for failing to signal a turn. The officer let Moultrie go without a citation even though his vehicle registration did not match the car he was driving. Two NAACP officials said they did not need to see the video because they know Moultrie is a man of integrity who would not lie.

Black Man Wearing Pro-Trump Hat Threatened by Cheesecake Factory Staff
Florida: Eugenior Joseph was wearing his pro-Trump MAGA (Make America Great Again) hat when he went with his girlfriendâs family to the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant at the Dadeland Mall to celebrate Mother’s Day. He is suing the restaurant because employees confronted him, used a racial slur against him, and threatened to hit him in the head hard enough to knock off his hat. The restaurant announced that two of its employees have been suspended.
Pakistan: Three Infants Die after Receiving Polio Vaccine
Three infants reportedly died and five more had adverse reactions to an inactivated polio vaccine. Officials noted that the only reaction to the IPV is anaphylaxis, a severe allergic reaction, which they claim only occurs immediately after injection. Pakistan’s current vaccine drive targets 24 million children under age five for the attenuated (live) oral polio vaccine that can cause vaccine-strain polio paralysis.
Irish Homeowners Called Upon to Share Their Homes with Syrian Refugees
Ireland: Homeowners are being asked to open spare rooms or vacant properties to house Syrian migrants for periods of up to a year as part of the Irish Refugee Protection Program. The Irish Red Cross is pushing the plan on behalf of the government’s effort to resettle 4,000 asylum seekers from camps in Greece and Italy.
