Aliens and UFOs are used by the government to write off secret black budget technology and experimentation. Tom DeLonge, the guitarist of pop band Blink 182, is seeking to expose a vast government coverup of UFOs and calls them an “advanced aerial threat”.  DeLonge quit his band and quickly raised $2.5 million to create his To the Stars Academy of Arts & Science that is staffed with high level former military and intelligence agents, including Jim Semivan, former CIA, Dr. Hal Puthoff, a leader in CIA operation Stargate that replaced MK Ultra, and Steve Justice who was involved in advanced systems in Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works, which is involved in radical innovation, genetics and the brain.
