School police officer, Scott Peterson, drove toward the shooting, but did not enter the building during the shooting. Peterson retired rather than face dismissal but is being investigated by internal affairs. Before we jump to the conclusion that the school police officer failed to do his duty, we must realize that government enterprises like schools and police do not have a duty to protect citizens against the actions of a private third party.

The Department of Justice, under Obama and Loretta Lynch, did this by saying the word ‘fugitive’ means there had to be evidence they had crossed state lines.

A police spokesperson offered the excuse that the boys did not fully grasp their horrible crime.
