Scuffle in the Texas State Capitol After Republican Calls ICE to Remove Hispanic Protesters

Texas: Hundreds of protesters opposing the new anti-sanctuary-city law temporarily shut down the session in the House.  Matt Rinaldi, a Republican state representative, says that his Democratic colleagues threatened and assaulted him when he called ICE on the protesters, many of them boasting that they were in the country illegally.  Rinaldi says Democrat Representative Poncho Nevarez threatened to kill him.  Nevarez admitted pushing Rinaldi but denied that he assaulted him.  Renaldi says that Nevarex threatened to “get him” on the way to his car. Renaldi responded that he would use a gun in self-defense. Most of the protestors are wearing the same style tee-shirts and are carrying professionally-made signs. As usual, the media makes ignores the fact that these protestors typically are organized, directed, bussed, fed, and funded by unseen revolutionary forces, not the common people. These are not grass roots movements. –GEG

El Salvador Fears Crime Wave as Trump Deports Hundreds of Gang Members

So far this year, the US has deported 398 gang members back to El Salvador, compared with 534 in all of 2016. Salvadoran authorities are holding emergency meetings to determine how to deal with the gang members when they arrive back home.  The gang engages primarily in drug smuggling and human trafficking. It originated in Los Angeles in the 80’s, but its territory now extends from El Salvador to Canada.  –GEG

When migrants cross the border from El Salvador, they’re not sending their best. Criminals, drug dealers, and rapists have been sneaking into our great country in droves – which in the words of Donald Trump, “has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems.”

And while President Obama released nearly 600 illegal immigrants convicted of sex crimes in 2015 because their home countries wouldn’t take them – the ‘law and order’ President is doing the exact opposite…

The Washington Post, which, in a rare moment of journalistic integrity used verifiable sources, has reported that the government of El Salvador is freaking out over the record number of MS-13 gang members Trump has started to drop back in their home countries.

This year the U.S. government has deported 398 gang members to this country, compared with 534 in all of 2016, according to Salvadoran government statistics. This sharp increase in the rate of gang deportations — and the prospect of more gang roundups in the United States — has prompted Salvadoran authorities to hold emergency meetings and propose new legislation to monitor suspected criminals who are being sent home.

Trump has railed against MS-13

Throughout the 2016 election, Trump mentioned MS-13 in several tweets and speeches – citing the notably violent gang as a prime example of the types of violence illegal immigration, and rightly so. MS-13 is possibly the most notorious street gang in the Western Hemisphere. Originating in refugee-rich neighborhoods in Los Angeles in the 80’s, the gang’s territory now extends all the way from El Salvador to Canada – engaging primarily in human trafficking and drug smuggling.

In Central America, MS-13’s presence has contributed heavily to making the “Northern Triangle” of Guatamala, El Salvador, and Honduras – the most violent place in the world not at war. (more)

ICE arrests

The New York Times – also using actual sources, reports that immigration arrests are up 38% for the first three months of 2017 over the same period last year.

Democrat Data Leak Under Investigation Despite Demands by Debbie Wasserman Schultz

In Washington DC, the smell of corruption has been particularly strong the past few weeks. It seems to be coming from the direction of US Representative, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who is extremely concerned over the fact that the US Capitol police took possession of a computer that may hold evidence of a $4-million dollar crime within the ranks of government employees. The computer belongs to Imran Awan, who worked as a technology specialist but who now is under investigation for illegally extracting data from the computers of Congressmen. Awan’s wife, two of his brothers, his sister-in-law, and his best friend all have been placed on the payroll of various Congressmen even though they never show up for work. These ‘ghost’ employees have collected $4-million since 2010. Perhaps Congresswoman Schultz thinks that Awan’s computer contains compromising information that can be used as blackmail to pressure Congressmen into hiring his family and friends. –GEG
